Job Title: B2B Software Sales Executive

Supaboard.ai is a fast-growing SaaS company delivering AI-powered solutions to enterprises. We are seeking a results-driven B2B Software Sales Executive to expand our client base and accelerate growth in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential business clients for Supaboard.ai’s software solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- Present and demonstrate Supaboard.ai’s offerings to prospective clients, tailoring pitches to client needs.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and improve product-market fit.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure high client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years’ experience in B2B software sales, SaaS sales, or enterprise solutions sales in the Indian market.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client business needs and map them to software solutions.
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM is a plus.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: ₹6–8 LPA, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Own and shape the overall marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, and channel selection, to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Content Creation & Strategy: Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, website copy, and more. Tailor content for different buyer personas and stages of the customer journey.
- Brand Building: Establish and maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice and image across all marketing touchpoints. Ensure that our messaging resonates with our target audience and stands out in a competitive market.
- Digital Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.). Analyze and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Build and manage our presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). Engage with followers, create a content calendar, and ensure consistent posting and interaction.
- Lead Generation: Develop and manage lead-generation campaigns that drive qualified prospects into our sales funnel. Work closely with sales to ensure smooth handoff and follow-up of leads.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity. Provide insights to help shape the product and marketing strategies.
- Event & Community Marketing: Help plan and execute webinars, events, and community-building activities to engage customers, partners, and influencers.
- Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on key marketing metrics (ROI, conversion rates, traffic, engagement, etc.) to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with the product, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. As the sole marketer, you'll wear multiple hats and drive innovation in all areas of marketing.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years of marketing experience, ideally with a strong digital marketing background. Experience in a startup or small company is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Canva, or equivalent.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, paid ads, and email marketing.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to use insights to improve campaigns.
- Mindset:
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bonus:
- Experience with branding, website design, or copywriting.
- Familiarity with growth marketing tactics like referral programs, viral loops, or influencer partnerships.
