Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Own and shape the overall marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, and channel selection, to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Content Creation & Strategy: Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, website copy, and more. Tailor content for different buyer personas and stages of the customer journey.
• Brand Building: Establish and maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice and image across all marketing touchpoints. Ensure that our messaging resonates with our target audience and stands out in a competitive market.
• Digital Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.). Analyze and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Social Media Management: Build and manage our presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). Engage with followers, create a content calendar, and ensure consistent posting and interaction.
• Lead Generation: Develop and manage lead-generation campaigns that drive qualified prospects into our sales funnel. Work closely with sales to ensure smooth handoff and follow-up of leads.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity. Provide insights to help shape the product and marketing strategies.
• Event & Community Marketing: Help plan and execute webinars, events, and community-building activities to engage customers, partners, and influencers.
• Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on key marketing metrics (ROI, conversion rates, traffic, engagement, etc.) to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
• Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with the product, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. As the sole marketer, you'll wear multiple hats and drive innovation in all areas of marketing.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-5 years of marketing experience, ideally with a strong digital marketing background. Experience in a startup or small company is highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Canva, or equivalent.
• Experience with social media management and content creation.
• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, paid ads, and email marketing.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to use insights to improve campaigns.
• Mindset:
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bonus:

About the Job

This is a full-time, on-site role for Frontend Engineer in Bangalore. This role will provide an unique and challenging opportunity to work on various projects within Supaboard, helping us ship quality products to our users.

How you will be contributing to the Engineering Team?

As a part of the engineering and development team, you will be working first hand with the founders to build a data analytics platform that can scale without compromising on user experience.

As a frontend developer, you will be responsible for:

• Maintenance of existing product codebase(s)
• Adding features based on requires provided
• De-triages and bug fixes
• Other tasks related to frontend development

You will also be working and communicating closely with the design team in order to improve UI/UX and understand the design philosophy and design system in place.

What Technologies you need to know?

Language and Frontend Framework:

• Typescript
• ReactJS
• NextJS
• Tanstack React Router
• Tanstack React Query

Charting Library: A thorough understanding of the basics of charting tools like D3.JS and DC.JS is necessary.

What does it take to survive at Supaboard?

• You have previously worked/want to work as a Frontend Engineer, preferably at a startup that has prioritised speed and quality above all else, and has shipped high quality products to their customers.
• You have a passion for building the next big piece of software that is going to revolutionise the industry and you do not like to limit or handheld by user stories and design wireframes.
• You have good communication skills that is not shy from asking questions for clarity, or discussing your own ideas, plans, and opinions with the team.
• You take pride in what you do, have the a positive arrogance towards the skillset you have, the humility to learn new things and the courage to fail and fix your mistakes.
• You can work autonomously and are open to feedback.

Some Extra skillsets that you will be great

• You have experience with building multi-tenant SaaS applications
• You understand how data analytics works
• You have worked with applications that handled and scaled huge amounts of data for online and offline data use-cases.
• You have experience working with GenAI applications
