Position Objective: • Responsible for creating concepts and ideas for all validated business briefs • Be accountable for concept and content solutions in synergy with other creative colleagues. Ensure that reverts are timely and well received • Regular meetings with Key clients to sell creative’s and concepts and be accountable for timelines and client satisfaction Business Responsibilities • Responsible for interpreting briefs and coming up original and unique concepts • Responsible for writing / overseeing error free copy creations for all collateral according to approved concepts • Responsible for all activity and communication designing according to the briefs • Ensure effective and simple communication to translate ideas to clients and team • Work well with cross – functions to enable flawless execution • Provide concept solutions and bring ideas to the table based on relevance and client understanding Must Haves Very good written communication skills –a range of writing styles, preferably across mediums Well read – a range of books across subjects Good general knowledge – well informed A good story teller Key Attributes Imagination, objectivity and self awareness Attention to detail A professional appearance and the social skills necessary to deal with a range of clients Ability to prioritize work under pressure with good time management Energetic team player with high level of adaptability and enthusiasm A flexible approach Good judgment and decision making capabilities Passionate about Events and entertainment industry Good listening and excellent written and verbal communication Additional Competencies needed : An ideal candidate could be from advertising or events industry . Preferably having interests in blogging, poetry, jingles, The candidate preferably has work experience across mediums like photography, journalism, theater, film making etc.
