We’re looking for a Technical Officer - Marketplaces with a proven track record of scaling businesses, a deep understanding of marketplace operations, and the ability to drive strategic growth for our clients.
What will you do at Fynd?
- Lead and manage a team responsible for onboarding and scaling brands across leading marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra).
- Leverage expertise in OMS/WMS to optimize marketplace operations and ensure seamless integration with brand systems.
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and ensuring execution excellence.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to brands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, resolve issues, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on marketplace policies, trends, and competition to advise clients effectively.
Some specific requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, specifically in marketplaces, OMS/WMS, or related fields.
- Proven experience in scaling businesses and achieving growth targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian marketplaces and their operational intricacies.
