Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain management who are looking to build their career in purchase and procurement.

The candidate will support day-to-day purchasing activities, inventory coordination, vendor communication, and documentation processes to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in purchase and procurement activities as per company requirements
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, comparisons, and order placements
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
• Ensure proper inventory management and stock reconciliation
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation
• Handle logistics coordination and follow-ups for timely deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and procurement activities
• Support internal departments with material requirement planning

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• 0–1 year of experience in logistics, procurement, or inventory management (Freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply)
• Basic understanding of purchase and procurement processes
• Knowledge of inventory management principles
• Familiarity with documentation and record-keeping processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience in vendor management
• Basic understanding of supply chain processes
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities

The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for getting things done, identifying the critical issues within the existing product, skilled in problem solving, planned execution and finally evaluating the solution. Ability to work with a team of high performing individuals, also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

Work Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with senior leadership in Product, Technology, Business, Marketing and Design team to articulate business needs to actionable product requirements.
2. Take complete ownership of the products, refining the existing features in the product. Working on new features, identifying the user requirements and ultimately improving the lifetime of the users using our product.
3. A basic understanding of qualitative and quantitative methods for user research. Establish a closed feedback loop with users & Synthesizing user needs and insights into simple yet delightful experiences.
4. Periodically conduct user-research, industry analysis, competitor mapping and ideate on what to build next. Compile information from various sources to formulate a current picture of the company and market.
5. Improving the user journey, reducing the drop-off rates.
6. Obsess with data, define and track key metrics and draw actionable insights using data. Establish KPIs, and conduct quality assessments
7. Help define Product Roadmap for new offerings aligned with the broader company vision and yearly targets
8. Work with cross-functional team to take something from idea to hands of users
9. Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures, Dissect product analytics and user behavior patterns into meaningful insights that grow the product.

Skills Required:

• Tech background with a good understanding of technology, data and building products. 2-6 years of experience in Product Management, Software Development, Analytics or similar roles in a consumer internet product set-up.
• A strong product sense, attention to the little big details, and eye for good visual design.
• Capable of taking business metrics, requirements or user problems and breaking them into workable product requirements, and leading the development of identified features
• Excellent presentation & communication, problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills to get the team on board with your vision
• Able to multitask, prioritize, work autonomously and with great time management skills
• Prior track record of working with product team from research phases through engineering to success would be highly preferred.

Job Role

As a software developer, you’ll be the brain behind crafting, developing, testing, going live and maintaining the system. You are passionate about understanding the business context for features built to drive better customer experience and adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) from analysis to deployment.
• Comply with coding standards and technical design.
• Believes in a systematic approach to developing the system through clear documentation (flowcharts, layouts, &, etc) of functionality, address every use case through creative solutions.
• Adapts structured coding styles for easy review, testing, and maintainability of the code.
• Integrate the developed functionality and/or component into a fully functional system.
• Ensure unit and integration level verification plan are in place and adheres to a great quality of code at all time.
• Active participate in troubleshooting, debugging and updating current live system.
• Verify user feedback in making system more stable and easy.
• Work closely with the Product manager, designers, and other peer developers.
• Preparing technical training documents for onboarding new engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer or in a relevant role.
• Smart Hands-on coder who can independently architect solutions and mentor team members.
• Solid experience in PHP, Node, Mongo, and MySQL
• Should have good Web service and Web application fundamentals
• Understanding of OOPS concepts, Persistence, Threading.
• Should have worked with HTML/ CSS/ Jquery/ Js / API.
• Knowledgeable in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with open-source projects.
• Experience in designing interactive applications.
• A background in Engineering with sound oral and written communication skills.
• Prior experience with AWS, Azure, Google or OpenStack will be a plus.
• Hands-on a google cloud platform and Experience in Suite CRM is an added advantage.
