About the Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that help us communicate effectively with our audience across marketing, product, and digital channels. This is a highly collaborative role where your creative work will directly shape our branding, campaigns, and user engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conceptualize and design graphics for social media, websites, campaigns, presentations, and internal branding use.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to visualize campaigns and communication strategies.
• Maintain design consistency in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Experiment with new design ideas, trends, and tools to bring fresh perspectives.
• If skilled, contribute to UI/UX and product design elements.

Must-Have Skills (for candidates with ~1 year of experience)

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) OR Figma/Canva.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to deliver creative assets within deadlines.
• Experience in designing social media creatives, digital ads, and marketing collateral.
• Bonus: Skills in video editing, motion graphics, or UI/UX prototyping.

Work Mode & Schedule

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding and Training:
• Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation.
• Conduct training sessions and provide educational resources to help customers maximize the value of our products/services.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges.
• Customer Advocacy:
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback to product and development teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and advocate for customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities:

IoT Deployment (on-field) and maintenance
Lead assembly, testing, and finalization of IoT products 
Black Box Testing: BLE, WiFi
Integration testing: (IoT, backend, and Android)
Test report and deployment setup documentation
Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Required qualifications:

2021/2022 passed out B.Tech Graduate in ECE or EEE
Hands-on experience with microcontrollers like Arduino and ESP.
Knowledge of C programming language.
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
Good organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
Team player.
Good time management skills.

Good understanding of embedded and IoT systems.

Primary responsibilities will include:

• In-depth involvement and ownership of the financial and taxation due diligence function of the firm at every stage of the portfolio company’s transitional journey

• Developing a deep understanding and analysis of the portfolio company’s financial model

• Portfolio monitoring and financial/operational analysis

• Competition benchmarking and analysis

• Creation of frameworks and guidelines for key business functions both internal and with portfolio companies

• Stage-wise financial and operational goals setting and assessment for portfolio companies

• External and Internal reporting on a Quarterly and Annual basis

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience

• CA preferred

• Working in Big 4 or 6 companies

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• Should possess strong ethics and high integrity

• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)
• 5 years of development experience using C# .NET
• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Knowledge of REST and RPC APIs
• Able to work well in a team setting
