• Knowledge of Appian architecture and its objects best practices
• Participate in analysis, design, and new development of Appian based applications
• Mandatory Team leadership and provide technical leadership to Scrum teams Certification Mandatory- L1, L2 or L3
• Must be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and ability to resolve problems faced by team
• Build applications: interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, sites, integrations,
• Proficient with SQL queries and with accessing data present in DB tables and views
• Experience in Analysis, Designing process models, Records, Reports, SAIL, forms, gateways, smart services, integration services and web services
• Experience working with different Appian Object types, query rules, constant rules and expression rules

 Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in Implementing BPM solutions using Appian 19.x or higher
• Over 8 years in Implementing IT solutions using BPM or integration technologies

Additional Information Skills Required

Requirements:

• Must have proficiency in Python
• At least 3+ years of professional experience in software application development.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and a solid experience in testing APIs.
• Should have built APIs at some point and practical knowledge on working with them
• Must have experience in API testing tools like Postman and in setting up the prerequisites and post-execution validations using these tools
• Ability to develop applications for test automation
• Should have worked in a distributed micro-service environment
• Hands-on experience with Python packages for testing (preferably pytest).
• Should be able to create fixtures, mock objects and datasets that can be used by tests across different micro-services
• Proficiency in gitStrong in writing SQL queriesTools like Jira, Asana or similar bug tracking tool, Confluence - Wiki, Jenkins - CI tool
• Excellent written and oral communication and organisational skills with the ability to work within a growing company with increasing needs

• Implementing world-class Enginerring practices for all the product development teams at WeCP. Ensure these are evangelized and followed.
• Build and maintain SDLC across all of our development and deployment environments: developer, QA, to our production.
• Envision, implement and rollout best development and devops tooling and automation for all of our services.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in engineering with mentoring or leading a team
• Hands-on experience with Nodejs, Angular and AWS is mandatory.
• Tech stack: MEAN, AWS, JavaScript, Docker, SRS
• Experience  Dockerizing existing web applications
• Setting up alerts and monitoring for system infrastructure
• Monitoring system and application health and optimising the cost
• Experience with security, threat modeling, penetration testing, static analysis

• Leading sales demonstrations, following up with the prospect throughout the cycle via multiple mediums including email & phone calls and bringing to closure
• Staying in touch with the prospect to understand their requirements and feedback, and acting accordingly
• Playing a critical role in planning the sales and operations functions to ensure the business goals are entirely aligned
• Helping make data-driven decisions and recommendations for improving the sales funnel and process
• Monitoring daily operations and addressing potential issues when they arise

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role is mandatory
• Prior experience of working in B2B Enterprise software sales is preferred
• Previous experience of dealing with enterprises or small businesses and not just selling to consumers
• Resourcefulness to come up with new ideas to re-engage dormant leads
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexibility to work until 3 am IST to support US time-zone
• Ability to make smart use of digital tools to organise data, manage CRM, automate parts of the task
• Eagerness to build a career in Sales/ Business Development    
• Open to work in US/Night shift
