SAP - ABAP Consultant

A 23-year-old organization based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai looking for technical content writers and editors.

Job Description:

1. Refer and rewrite technical content.

2. Must have experience with SEO content writing.

3. Write content for products, profile, social platform, blogs, articles, case studies, FAQ, news release, events etc.

4. Strictly No AI TOOLS

5. Collaborating seamlessly with campaign managers, creative teams, and designers to ensure cohesive content creation.

6. Researching, writing, and editing engaging content.

Salary: 25000 to 30000 (may vary depending on the number of words that you write)

Office Hours 10am to 7pm

• Monday to Saturday

Main responsibilities and duties:

 Reviews deals on Salesforce with a commercial mindset and assesses the strength and

revenue potential of the deal.

 Has a good understanding of deal structures, and key KPIs e.g. discount, fee etc and uses this

knowledge to suggest improvements to submitted deals in order to maximise potential

profit.

 Works closely with the Merchandiser to ensure deals on-site are bringing in incremental

sales and aren’t cannibalising other deals.

 Provides relevant focus to the sales team to improve quality of deal submissions.

 Prioritises approved deals on the copy board, ensuring deals are written in priority order,

ensuring deals launch in time for key selling periods.

 Schedules launch date of deals.

 Identifies top deals that require a more in-depth write-up from the copy team and ensures

these are written in a timely manner.

Technical Skills required:

 BCom/BBA/MBA Degree or previous experience in a relevant sector

 Proficiency in Microsoft tools (e.g. excel)

 Ability to analyse data sets in order to arrive at logical conclusions

 Experience in tools such as SQL and Power Bi useful but not essential

 Ability to prioritise and multitask, responding to ad-hoc data requests whilst taking care of

ongoing tasks / projects

 Ability to work with people with a variety of styles and working cultures

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives 

2.Telugu & Kannada language candidates are more preferable with good english proficiency 

3 . Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues 

4. Sales Closure of hair and skin clients 

5. Responsible for driving consultation to Location allotted 

6. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs. 

7. Contacting potential client via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings 

8. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met 

9. Negotiating on phone, email or in-person 

10. To provide report and feedback to upper management about what is and is not working 

11. To provide detailed report and feedback to upper management 

12. Extensive Follow-up for the Clients allotted 

13. Giving client good client experience

  Write and post technical job descriptions 

  Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes 

  Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities 

  Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions) 

  Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs 

  Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates 

  Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals 

  Compose job offer letters 

  Onboard new hires
