LINC Fellows will be the single point-of-contact for the unit-in-charge for student academic matters. The role will be part time (15-20 hours per week) with scheduled weekend availability. LINC Fellows will be “actively engaged” when a unit (subject) is assigned. A unit will range from 7 to 14 weeks at a time. LINC Fellows are required to provide 2-3 hrs each afternoon (between noon to 5pm) every day when they are supporting students. Experience in designing test automation and innovation strategies for large scale or complex programmes. Demonstrated experience with large-scale test automation delivery, complex, cross discipline technology projects, including scope definition, schedule development and stakeholder engagement activities Extensive demonstrable experience of multi-tier test automation and test industrialisation methodologies, tools and frameworks, for both agile & waterfall test delivery, such as: Acceptance test driven development / Behaviour driven development Scripted test automation (e.g. Selenium/Appium, Cucumber, Serenity) API test automation (e.g. ReadyAPI, Postman, RestAssured) Knowledge of software version control concepts, such as branching, merging, change and release management. Experienced in accelerating testing methodologies by complementing stubs and drivers for Integration and API Testing. Strong interpersonal/communication skills, and ability to influence, steer, and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment; consisting of permanent and supplier test resources. Advocate for QA best practices across project delivery, establishing and embedding a programme level testing strategy applicable to all changes and releases Own release activities such as defect triaging from multiple teams and ensuring test packs (regression, smoke) are updated to include new functionality. Co-ordinate the use and maintenance of test environments for systems across the project, ensuring best practices for data quality, data consistency and supporting programme needs.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience within a project based IT environment, with a good experience to industry standard Project Management and Development Life Cycles, Agile methodologies (SAFE, Scrum, Lean, etc. – previous experience as a Scrum Master is highly desired), Change implementation planning and management, Systems Development Management, PM tools (will be good if knowledgeable on Planview, MS Project, etc.), Application Support & Business Analysis, People Management. • Key Skills: Excellent stakeholder management up to VP level; Business communication; Strong influencer; Strong vendor management skills; Strong Planning • Experience on delivering in large companies; matrix organization (with multiple disciplines e.g. Architects, technical designers, application development, test teams); a multi-cultural environment; On-shore/ Off-shore leadership of teams • Experience on vendor/partner management of large complex vendors (e.g. SAP, Google, Microsoft, IBM, Oracle) • Experience on delivering complex integration projects involving multiple (internal and external) suppliers and technologies • Beneficial would be previous experience with cloud based solutions • Domain: Airline, IT Infrastructure, Customer Experience
