We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with focus on MERN

Responsibilities:

• Ability to translate Wireframes and PSD Designs into functional web apps using HTML5, AngularJs, ReactJs , Node.js, Next Js Typescript and MongoDB
• Binding of UI elements to JavaScript object models
• Creating RESTful services with Node.js
• Python or PHP knowledge will be good
• Architect scalable web architectures
• Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience
• Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code
• Be responsive to change requests and feature requests
• Write code that is cross-platform and cross-device compatible
• Ability to wear many hats and learn new technologies quickly

Qualification and Work Experience

Qualification: B.E./B. Tech/BCA/MCA

Work experience: 1- 5 years

• 1-2 years minimum in creating complex HTML based solutions
• Detail oriented experience as a Web Developer creating Angular/React/Vue based solutions
• 1-2 years with Node.js and Express Js
• Ability to work both independently and in collaborative teams to communicate design and build ideas effectively
• Experience using asynchronous RESTful services (JSON)

• Fluent knowledge of the latest HTML/CSS standards and best practices
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, ReactJS and Angular Working knowledge of Node.js and Express Js
• Solid Understanding of HTTP protocol and how server-side code is processed on the client
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds Excellent hands-on experience with MongoDB , Mongo aggregation , MySQL, Ability to build REST services, Authentications, MVC applications
• Excellent Object-Oriented Programming skills and ability to write modular, secure, scalable and maintainable code • Experience with Elastic search, Redis.
• Some experience with Photoshop or Sketch is a plus (creating sprites, optimizing, cutting or adjusting images)
• Working knowledge of front end optimisation and performance techniques
• Obsession with lean, clean and organised front-end code
• Cross-browser development and troubleshooting
• Experience building Responsive websites for web, tablet and mobile devices
• Eye for details is crucial
• Able to handle multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Good understanding of overall web design including basic usability, accessibility, industry standards, architecture, and navigation

• Following procurement processes as per guidelines
• Strategizing and implementing efficient processes to ensure 100% order fulfilment on time.
• Ensuring promptness, accuracy in procurements and maintaining records of goods ordered, received and returns.
• Ensuring efficient demand servicing – Delivery @ stores, call centre, retailers, franchises etc.
• Evaluating potential vendors, negotiating and getting them registered as per set process.
• Maintaining good relationships with vendors / suppliers
• Regularly doing market research ensuring generic medicines range is enhanced from time to time.
• Maintaining accurate medicine master data base.
• Maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Liaising with new vendors and negotiating for the best deals whenever required
• Ensuring that the products and supplies are of high quality and as per set standards.
• Monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed
• Working with internal team members ensuring speed and accuracy and performing other duties.
• Staying informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
• Preparing training material and conduct regular training to all team members of Supply Chain Management.
• Preparing regular reports and ensuring timely update to management.

• Experience : 6-7 years of Procurement experience of Medicines (mandatory) / FMCG products
• Age : 28 – 35
• Pharmacy Knowledge – Medicine, Generic Medicines and FMCG items
• Market Orientation / Vendor Knowledge

• Developing and monitoring the performance of financial and operational plans/ budgets and sales and marketing plans for the property that support the overall objectives of the Property.
• Controlling manpower for sales, services and expenses in all areas of operations.
• Managing day-to-day operations and assignments of the property.
• Planning and organizing work, Taking stock of available rooms and potential clientele, communicating goals, and scheduling/ assigning work.
• Complying with and advising staff of formal policies and procedures, identifying options and resolving issues.
• Achieving and maintaining Overall Satisfaction Score (OSS) goals - Overseeing the guest service function to ensure guest complaints are resolved appropriately, timely, and that appropriate service recovery gestures are made in order to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
• Ensuring that product quality standards are met in all areas of the property as it relates to the appearance, levels of maintenance and cleanliness; establishing and maintaining preventative maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the hotel.
• Achieving productivity and quality goals.
• Ensuring the development and implementation of programs and events that foster a positive work environment, e.g., New Employee Orientation, employee recognition programs, harassment-free workplace training, etc.
• Establishing performance goals for employees including sales staff and providing regular feedback.
• Ensuring all staff is properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions.
• Ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and hotel assets. Complying with all standards and statutory requirements.
• Developing and maintaining rapport with key clientele/ community contacts to better recall and be a visible presence in the desired customersegment/ community.
• Promoting team work and quality service through daily communication and coordination with all department.
• Following and completing any and all other tasks assigned to you by the management from time to time.
