WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

We are seeking a motivated Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (particularly Scrum), and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, including the US.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product Planning & Development:
• Assist in defining and prioritizing product roadmaps based on market research, customer feedback, and strategic business objectives.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into well-defined user stories and feature specifications.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring tasks are well-defined and prioritized.
• Project Management & Execution:
• Manage product development sprints using Scrum methodology.
• Track progress in Jira, ensuring timely updates, risk identification, and issue resolution.
• Clearly communicate project status, dependencies, and roadblocks to all stakeholders.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and other necessary Scrum ceremonies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Work effectively across time zones to coordinate with US-based team members.
• Data Analysis:
• Assist in gathering and analyzing product-related metrics to inform decision-making.
• Monitor product performance, identify trends, and suggest areas for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in a product-related role (e.g., product management, project management, business analysis).
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Proven experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across time zones, including coordinating with teams in the US.

Preferred:

• Experience in a tech or software development environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Job Summary:

The Chief of Staff is a versatile and dynamic role, responsible for providing comprehensive support across various functions including Marketing, Human Resources, Business Operations, and Market Research. This position demands a multi-faceted individual who can seamlessly transition between different responsibilities, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive intelligence. Collaborate with the marketing team to create content, manage social media, and optimize online presence.

HumanResources: Support HR initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Oversee HR administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Assist in employee engagement and development programs

Business Operations: Streamline and improve operational processes for increased efficiency and productivity. Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting to drive informed decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for business improvement

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks. Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform business strategies. Generate reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Project Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Allocate resources, set milestones, and track progress to achieve project objectives. Provide regular updates to the executive team on project status and outcomes.

Communication and Liaison: Serve as a key liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and review communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the executive. Foster effective communication channels within the organization

The Incumbent will:  Be the key person accountable for Project Delivery- managing end to end delivery of high quality projects, meeting all required functionality, within allocated schedule and budget.  Managing the team assigned to deliver projects and achieve assigned project goals.  Be responsible to ensure continued customer delight.

 Own the entire delivery of assigned projects.  Responsible for managing multiple projects involving 15-20-member team consisting of middle layer (PL/GL/TL) and the teams under them.  Responsible for the end to end delivery; ensuring that Project Delivery Metrics are controlled throughout the project lifecycle. Tracking project requirements and implementation throughout different phases.  Participate in business meetings with Function/Delivery Heads; review contracts, carry out risk analysis and mitigation exercises and update the Management on the same.  Project managers should have strong business management, budgeting and analytical skills.  Review and ensure the preparation of the following: ▪ System Architecture ▪ External Specifications & Internal Specifications ▪ Software Development Plan, Configuration Management Plan and Project plan ▪ Technical Documentation ▪ Weekly status updates to all stakeholders  Ensure process and system compliances in the projects.  Exhibit excellent escalation management skills, internal or external.  Manage FPP (Fixed Price Project) & T&M (Time & Material) projects on diverse functional domains  Coordinate, communicate with the client on project related matters.  Coach/ mentor the members in the project and provide necessary support to them.  Performance appraisal/ counselling of the group members.  Evaluate training needs (technical, managerial) and get the required training programs implemented.  Ensure project compliance with Company's Quality Systems and Procedures.

 The incumbent must be B.E/B. Tech. -CS/ IT/ MCA, M.Tech from a reputed institute, with 10-12 years of relevant industry experience across a wide variety of development projects.  Knowledge of current technological trends in the S/W development industry, such as OOP’s, Multi-Tier S/W development, Component Architecture, Web Based S/W  Good experience on Core Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, Oracle/SQL, planning, budgeting & QA  PMP or PMI certification is desirable. Domain knowledge of BFSI practices is an advantage.  Thorough understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools.  Advanced knowledge of system integration issues and Data Analysis  Understanding the company’s vision and goals, business operations and market.  Is adept in stakeholder management and possess the ability to coordinate and prioritize customer requests with the assistance of other managers to ensure customer delight.  Possess good people management skills and is able to manage performance and disciplinary issues, handle employee complaints and grievances and recommend the hiring, termination and promotion of staff; Should be able to train, mentor, motivate and lead a successful team. ·        Prepare and manage project plans (project, release, sprint) with clear achievable milestones

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our implementation team at Kapture CX. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing the software workflows to meet the client's specific needs. The Workflow Implementation Specialist will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and ensure that the workflows are set up correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize the workflows to meet the client's specific needs and translate them onto the product.

- Work in collaboration with project managers, perform configuration activities for successful delivery of the project and handover to account management.

- Provide training to the client's users and ensure that they are comfortable using the software.

- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the workflows.

JD - System Analyst

1. Analysis and design of technical functionality and features.
2. Creation of requirements document and definition, Epics, User stories and addition of same to Fresh Release.

Skills Required:
