Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding students through the study-abroad process by promoting our services, offering expert counseling, and helping them achieve their educational aspirations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

• Identify and engage prospective students interested in studying abroad.
• Promote the company’s services to meet students' educational needs and aspirations.

Counseling and Consultation:

• Understand students’ academic goals, preferences, and requirements.
• Recommend appropriate study packages, scholarship opportunities, and coaching options.

Sales and Enrollment:

• Effectively promote and sell study-abroad packages to students and their families.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-ups.

Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with students and their families.
• Provide timely updates and assistance throughout the application and enrollment process.

Market Insights:

• Stay informed about the latest trends in international education, study-abroad programs, and scholarships.
• Provide valuable feedback on market trends to enhance service offerings.

Reporting and Coordination:

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities and student inquiries.
• Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in sales.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Attributes:

A day in the life of our shopware team :

• Deliver a complete, functioning, high-end code following clear software development processes and best practices.
• You will be responsible for your tech stack in projects and lead all components, from concept, design, code, testing, integration, deployment, monitoring, enhancements, etc.
• Lead the creation of large enterprise architectures following best practices in performance, scale-ability, and security.
• Writing tested and documented code.
• Coordinating and communicating with other project team members to design the best solution for our end customers.
• Contribute proactively towards the project goal and don’t hesitate to escalate a topic if it goes wrong. Mentor less experienced family members and contribute actively to our company foundation

We are looking for someone who can develop marketing assets eg. Corporate Decks, Investor decks, and product presentations, and the person who will be responsible for maintaining a library for the same.  

Must Have Skills : Core Java ,Microservices , Angular8, Spring boot framework

Minimum 4-8 years of experience in design, development, and deployment of JAVA/J2EE-based applications, writing PL/SQL queries/store procedures.

Strong hands-on experience in design, development, and deployment of J2EE based application database design, PL/SQL complex queries, and Store procedures XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX
