We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a software product manager. The responsibilities of the software project manager include overseeing software projects from start to finish, managing and motivating software developers and other team members, giving customer presentations, and writing project proposals.

To be successful as a software project manager, you should have a good working knowledge of project estimation techniques and the ability to motivate team members. Ultimately, a top-notch software Product manager should have good communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

1.Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers.

2.Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.

3.Assembling and leading the project team.

4.Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.

5.Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.

6.Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.

7.Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.

8.Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.

9.Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.

10.Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance.

11.Software Project Manager Requirements

12.A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.

13.Proven experience in project management and software development.

14.Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.

15.Excellent technical knowledge.

16.Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.

17.Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Qualification:

1. Minimum ten (10) years of total work experience in software development
2. Good technical proficiency with PHP, Laravel, Javascript technologies and its related framework
3. Strong knowledge on AWS
4. Experience in Data collection, management and analysis
5. Experience in MYSQL/Maria DB
6. Knowledge in SaaS architecture

Tailor and Circus is looking to hire suitable candidates for the Product Manager role who will handle user-facing product experience (website) and is very data-driven. The role will be based either in Bangalore or Coimbatore.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• You will be focused on building consumer-facing applications for the Tailor and Circus website.
• You will be responsible for conceptualizing and building user experience across the website and other customer touchpoints.
• Define and manage all critical user journeys and conversion funnels across website and other customer touchpoints.
• You will be responsible for launch and change management of features going live on apps/website.
• You will work closely with PMs responsible for all key business areas (Marketing, Design and Tech) to create a simple and delightful experience for our users.
• You will have a high degree of responsibility and ownership.
• You will drive the strategy, roadmap, execution, and growth of a product area.
• You will work closely with other product managers, engineers, designers, marketing, legal, analytics and do everything (defining requirements, prioritizing, testing, writing copy, tracking metrics and more.) to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities :

• Design and execute ‘ Brand positioning strategies ‘ for campuses . Including the execution of quick wins and strategic alignment of long term plans
• Plan and organize ‘campus engagement events’ for better brand positioning
• Primary and secondary research to forecast  and mitigate any brand threats or perception mismatches
• Work with multiple stakeholders in creating brand strategy, designing new programs to help campus students and entry level graduates start and pursue their learning journey from onboarding through deployment
• Project management skills to manage delivery of branding materials like digital content, blogs, mailers, websites, brochures, posters, standees, newsletters, WhatsApp communication posters, events, video storyboarding, press write-ups, with individual accountability
• Conceptualize, create and edit presentations for learning strategists, managers, leadership team, with a high level of accuracy and aesthetic value
• Efficient in designing collaterals with new age themes, attractive messaging, taglines, hashtags, WIIFM strategy that drives a call to action.

• UNIX / LINUX - 2 to 5 years’ experience
• DB design - 2 to 5 years’ experience.
• Team Lead - 2 to 5 years’ experience managing a team size of 8 - 12 persons.
• Overall experience in managing platforms across web & mobile developments, ability to conduct scrum meets, allocate & monitor work.
• The candidate should have an overall experience of 7 to 10 years, with a combination of the above.
• Strong team management skills, ability to drive the team & meet the deliveries.
