Senior Product Delivery Manager

We are looking for a driven and analytical Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and continuous improvement of our digital products. The candidate will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and business teams to translate customer and business needs into successful product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather and analyze customer, market, and business requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features and maintain the product backlog.
• Work closely with developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.

Experience Level

​We're looking for a seasoned Product Manager with at least 4 years of experience building user-centric products. You should be a "product craftsperson" who can demonstrate a history of driving tangible, impactful results

Role Overview 

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and beyond. You'll act as the central hub, working with stakeholders and clients to define product roadmaps and success metrics.

A key part of your role will be to deeply understand customer and business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for the development team. You will own the product backlog, analyze performance data to identify opportunities, and partner closely with design and engineering to ensure successful execution

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Execution: You will define and document product requirements, create and maintain a prioritized backlog, and ensure business needs are met throughout the design, development, and delivery phases.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: You will use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data to prove or disprove hypotheses and guide product evolution. Expertise in Excel and SQL is essential for this.
• Stakeholder & Client Management: You will communicate with internal and external teams, including clients, to manage expectations, present product status, and gather feedback. Strong consultative, listening, and presentation skills are crucial.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will coordinate with various teams—including design, engineering, sales, and support—to build, manage, and evolve the product. A solid understanding of software engineering concepts will help you drive product strategy effectively

Salesforge builds cold email infrastructure that gives senders the domains, mailboxes, dedicated IPs and warmup they need to land in the inbox. We're hiring a Product Manager to own the roadmap for our cold email products.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap for our cold email products, from discovery to launch
• Talk to customers, support and sales regularly to understand sending pain points and turn them into clear priorities
• Write specs and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and work daily with backend, frontend, QA and design to ship them
• Run planning and track delivery in Jira, keeping scope, deadlines and trade-offs visible
• Translate deliverability problems (inbox placement, reputation, DNS and authentication setup, warmup) into product improvements
• Define success metrics for each product and follow them after launch
• Keep an eye on the cold email market and competitors, and bring that into product decisions

What we're looking for

• 3+ years as a Product Manager in a SaaS company
• Hands-on experience with cold email and deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain and mailbox setup, warmup, sender reputation (must have)
• Technical enough to work closely with infrastructure engineers and challenge solutions
• Strong written communication: clear specs, crisp updates, no fluff
• Comfortable with Agile delivery and Jira
• Data-driven: you use usage data and customer feedback to make decisions

Nice to have

• Experience at a cold email, sales engagement or email infrastructure company
• Background running outbound campaigns yourself
• Familiarity with Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 mailbox administration
