Role & Responsibilities

We are building an AI-powered Artwork Validation Platform that reads global regulatory rules and validates product packaging using LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with strong expertise in the LangChain ecosystem to design, orchestrate, and optimize intelligent AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build RAG pipelines for rule-based validation
• Extract structured rules from PDF/XML/web sources using LLMs
• Develop AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
• Implement semantic search and embeddings for accurate retrieval
• Use LangSmith for debugging, tracing, and evaluation
• Prototype workflows using LangFlow
• Generate explainable AI outputs for artwork validation
• Optimize prompts and reduce hallucinations

Ideal Candidate

• Strong AI Engineer / LLM Engineer profile with hands-on experience building RAG or LLM applications
• Mandatory (Experience): Must have 3+ years of software engineering experience with atleast 6+ months in AI/ML, NLP, or deploying LLM based application
• Mandatory (LLM & RAG): Must have strong hands-on experience building RAG pipelines, LLM workflows, semantic search, or AI-powered retrieval systems
• Mandatory (LangChain Ecosystem): Must have hands-on experience with LangChain. Experience with LangGraph, LangSmith, and LangFlow is highly important
• Mandatory (Vector DB & Embeddings): Must have worked on embeddings and vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB, etc.
• Mandatory (Programming): Strong Python skills with experience building AI/NLP pipelines or backend AI workflows
• Mandatory (Data Processing): Must have experience working with unstructured data such as PDFs, HTML, XML, scanned documents, or web data
• Mandatory (Prompt Engineering): Must have good understanding of prompt engineering, hallucination reduction, retrieval accuracy, and LLM evaluation
• Mandatory (Company): Service or product companies acceptable given they have real AI/ML, LLM based experience
• Mandatory (Note): Must be comfortable with a 6-day (3 days in office) hybrid work model. Mon-Friday 8:30-5:30 pm and Saturdays 8:30-1:00 pm
• Preferred (Experience): Exposure to food compliance domain

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations & Project Coordination Executive to support cross-functional projects, manage operational workflows, maintain shared resources, and ensure timely execution of business tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Track action items, timelines, and deliverables across departments
• Create and maintain trackers, tables, process flows, and reports
• Support process documentation, SOP updates, and training material enhancements
• Manage shared drives (SharePoint/Google Drive) and maintain file organization
• Ensure operational tasks are followed up and completed on time

Required Skills

Ruby on Rails

The key aspects of this role:

·    Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using Ruby

·    Contribute to the entire implementation process including driving the definition of improvements based on business needs

·    Act as a subject matter expert for Application Software developers and Engineers

·    Handle server-side code for a production platform and contribute to new features.

To be the right fit, you'll need:

·    Must have ROR as primary skill with good experience in server side scripting

·    Must have used Ruby as scripting language & Rails as framework

·    Good understanding & hands on experience on any frameworks in ruby : Watir, Capybera, Faraday

·    Rest Web API development (Server & Client) experience will be an added advantage.

·    Understanding of HTML/CSS/Angular JS will again an added advantage 

·    Good knowledge in DevOPS tools

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Handle end-to end project planning and management of Software projects in e-commerce and retail industries.
• Create and present the project plans using Jira / MPP to clients and the internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Technical Architects / Technical Leads / Business Analyst / Quality Assurance for  estimation of the ongoing / upcoming projects.
• You will be responsible for the High Level timeline and Milestones for the project.
• Manage resource requirements and utilization for the project. Forecast utilization and work with the management for proper resource allocation and skill alignment.
• Closely interact with the clients to communicate and align on the  Project plans / scope / workflow / project execution etc.
• Track the execution of the sprints  against the project plan to ensure we are meeting the scheduled deadlines / milestones. Propose solutions in case there are timeline risks.
• Responsible for the Change Management process from the identification of the change request to estimation, approval,  planning and final execution of the change request.
• Monitor dependencies and risks to ensure timely resolution and/or escalation to reduce bottlenecks and maintain steady flow of work.
• Alert Client, Client Partners, Team and other stakeholders, to upcoming milestones and the resultant impact on timelines.
• Host agile events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews/demos and retrospectives.
• Coach team to adapt Agile principles and Scrum values. Use tools and processes as needed to empower team members to deliver better and iteratively improve the sprint performance.
• Work closely with Clients to ensure dependencies and impediments are cleared and the client team is fully aligned with the progress of the project
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor the progress of the project for the scrum team and management
• Report burnt hours on a regular basis for reporting, monitoring and billing purposes
• Be responsible for overall, on budget and on time delivery of the project

WHAT WE NEED IN YOU

• Hands-on experience in planning and management of software development projects from scratch.
• Experience in Ecommerce or Retail would be an advantage.
• Process oriented and also be flexible and dynamic to align with the current work flows.
• Project Planning skills - Using MPP, smartsheet or any other Project Management tool.
• Expertise on project management tools like Jira, Zoho People, Confluence, Bugzilla, Github, basecamp.
• Knowledgeable in agile methodologies and familiar with different agile ceremonies
• Good understanding of Jira / JQL to create reports, dashboards and workflows etc.
• Ability to manage Multiple Projects / Clients
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

QUALIFICATION 

• Engineering Graduate or equivalent or MBA in Project management.
• 7 plus years of experience as a core Project Manager.

Task:

• Design, implement and maintain Java application phases
• To take part in software and architectural development activities
• Conduct software analysis, programming, testing and debugging
• Identifying production and non-production application issues
• Transforming requirements into stipulations
• Develop, test, implement and maintain application software

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or relevant work experience
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Nexus
