Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Tester who is

passionate about delivering high-quality consumer-facing applications. This role

involves manual testing with exposure to automation, API testing, databases, and

mobile/web platforms, while working closely with engineering and product teams

across the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing for Android, web, and native applications.

• Create and execute detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.

• Conduct REST API testing using Postman.

• Validate data using SQL and MongoDB.

• Identify, report, and track defects with clear reproduction steps.

• Support basic automation testing using Selenium (Java) and Appium.

• Perform regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.

• Conduct risk analysis and highlight quality risks early in the SDLC.• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams for defect resolution.

• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and support automated test executions.

• Use ADB tools for Android testing across devices and environments.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of Manual Testing fundamentals.

• Hands-on experience with Postman and REST APIs.

• Working knowledge of SQL and MongoDB.

• Ability to design effective test scenarios.

• Basic understanding of Automation Testing concepts.

• Familiarity with SDLC and QA methodologies.

Role Overview

The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and engaging potential clients in the US & Canadian markets. She will act as the first point of contact, understand client requirements, introduce AB7 Solutions services, and build a strong pipeline of opportunities across healthcare outsourcing, IT, and business support verticals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling & Client Engagement

• Make professional calls to US & Canadian businesses.
• Introduce AB7 Solutions service portfolio and generate interest.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their requirements, budgets, and decision-making process.

1. Lead Generation & Research

• Source new leads from multiple platforms:
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai.
• Freelance/RFP portals (Upwork, Fiverr Business, Clutch, GoodFirms).
• Healthcare/IT association directories.
• Research industry trends and build a targeted prospect list.

1. Pipeline & CRM Management

• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM/Excel trackers.
• Document call notes, client requirements, and follow-up status.
• Provide daily/weekly reports on lead progress and conversions.

1. Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, Marketing).
• Suggest new business opportunities or verticals based on market insights.
• Contribute ideas for outbound campaigns, email outreach, and LinkedIn marketing.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate (MBA in Marketing/Business preferred).
• Experience: 25 years in International Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development (US/Canada market focus).
• Communication:
• Fluent in English (neutral or near-native accent).
• Excellent telephone, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot/Zoho CRM).
• Strong internet research and prospecting skills.

Responsibilities: 

As a backend developer you would be responsible for:   

• Executing full lifecycle software development
• Architect and conceptualise the solution from initiation to completion meeting client requirements 
• Work with customer and their integration partners to ensure the product is well integrated 
• Programming well-designed, testable and efficient code 
• Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions 
• Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering and ML team) to craft custom solutions 
• Ensure clients change requests are addressed effectively in a timely manner 

Requirements:  

• 2+ years of experience in architecture and developing high performance web applications
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
• Strong NoSQL and/or SQL database design and query writing skills with a commitment to performance and efficiency 
• Knowledge of RESTful API and SOAP Webservices paradigms 
• Experience with CRM/ERPs like systems SAP, Oracle, SalesForce, Servicenow, Workday, etc. would be a huge plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review training content and assessments. The review parameters include (but are not limited to) the following:

○ Rewrite the training content wherever necessary to simplify it or to make it more age

appropriate.

○ Create engaging learning activities and provide exercises and activities that enhance

the learning process.

○ Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness

of course.

○ Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional

design.

○ Suggest instructional enhancements to the content and assessments so the learning

experience is superior.

○ Check if all the training assets follow the instructional guidelines.

○ Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs

○ Do a thorough language review.

○ Do a thorough formatting check and fixes.

• Brainstorm with the content developer to storyboard the concepts introduced in a lesson/chapter.
• Create guidelines and templates as and when needed.

Skill Set:

1. General:

• In-depth understanding of activity based teaching-learning methods with a strong knowledge of pedagogies to teach 21st Century Skills.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in instructional design and/or content writing.
• Experience in editing documents with an eye for details.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

1. Technical:

• Understanding of Object-Oriented concepts.
• Basic understanding of core programming concepts with teaching skills will be an asset.

• Participate in planning, implementation of solutions, and transformation programs from legacy system to a cloud-based system
• Work with the team on Analysis, High level and low-level design for solutions using ETL or ELT based solutions and DB services in RDS
• Work closely with the architect and engineers to design systems that effectively reflect business needs, security requirements, and service level requirements
• Own deliverables related to design and implementation

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of technical work experience in the implementation of complex, large scale, enterprise-wide projects including analysis, design, core development, and delivery
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience with expertise in Informatica ETL, Informatica Power Center, and Informatica Data Quality
• Experience with Informatica MDM tool is good to have
• Should be able to understand the scope of the work and ask for clarifications
• Should have advanced SQL skills. Including complex PL/SQL coding skills
• Knowledge of Agile is plus
• Well-versed with SOAP, Webservice, and REST API.
• Hand on development using Java would be a plus.
