Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates for a variety of roles, using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
  • Help coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Maintain candidate records and keep recruitment pipelines organized.
