About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to drive successful delivery of IT projects across mobile and web platforms. You will own end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and budget while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects across geographies
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and execution strategies
• Allocate and manage resources effectively based on project needs
• Track project progress, measure performance, and ensure timely delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies proactively
• Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and escalate when required
• Ensure adherence to Agile practices and SDLC processes
• Build strong relationships with clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 4+ years of Project Management experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing IT (Mobile/Web) projects
• Strong experience in Agile methodologies
• Proven track record of handling end-to-end SDLC projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong skills in estimation, planning, tracking, and scope management
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Technical exposure to Azure, AWS, Android, iOS, or .NET
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification
• Experience with Jira and Microsoft Office tools

Work Model

This is a remote (Work from Home) role.

You may be required to work from a client location based on project requirements. Additional reimbursement will be provided as per company policy if applicable.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a UI Designer with 3+ years of experience who can balance design excellence with strategic insight. This role goes beyond creating visually appealing interfaces, you will be responsible for shaping cohesive product/web/app experiences, ensuring every design decision aligns with business objectives, user needs and technical possibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the end-to-end UI design lifecycle from concepting and mood boarding to wireframes, prototypes and final visual design.
• Translate business objectives and product strategies into intuitive user flows, scalable layouts and design systems.
• Conduct design audits and visual testing to refine experiences and improve engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution with high fidelity and performance.
• Partner with business and strategy teams to align design direction with market trends and user expectations.
• Build and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across multiple platforms and products.
• Continuously stay up to date on UI trends, design tools and visual design best practices.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, asset generation and workflow efficiency.
• Stay up to date on UI trends, AI-driven design innovations and visual design best practices.
• Present design concepts, guide stakeholders through design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
• Act as the point of contact for all UI related discussions with clients and developers.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product, web and mobile UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools : Figma, Adobe XD, FigJam, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Axure & Zeplin (optional).
• Solid experience in creating design systems, wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, mood boards, typography, and communication design.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong eye for layout, color, hierarchy, and interaction detail.
• Ability to solve design problems creatively while maintaining brand and product consistency.
• Comfortable creating and maintaining style guides and scalable design assets.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

We are looking for a confident and energetic sales executive who can actively promote and sell our PTE and IELTS preparation programs to students.

The ideal candidate should be an extrovert, have strong ownership, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to follow up with leads consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students about PTE and IELTS preparation programs

• Convert inquiries into enrollments through calls, messages, and in-person follow-ups

• Explain course details, pricing, schedules, and benefits clearly

• Maintain proper lead records and update reports on time

• Follow up with students regularly until closure

• Coordinate with the internal team for student onboarding and class updates

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication

• Confident, extroverted, and comfortable speaking with students

• Strong ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision

• Timely reporting and proper follow-up discipline

• Prior experience in education sales, PTE/IELTS counseling, or student recruitment is preferred

• Good convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Basic knowledge of PTE/IELTS will be an added advantage

Ideal Personality:

Someone who is energetic, proactive, target-driven, and genuinely enjoys talking to students and helping them choose the right preparation path.

Requirements for the Role

• 5+ years experience with manual and automation testing
• Experience with QA methodologies for large scale web and mobile applications, understanding of software development process
• Experience with mobile,(android and iOS) web and API automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Appium and Postman
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment and with geographically distributed teams
• Experience working with SCM tools like Git
• Experience in implementing CI/CD regression pipelines

• Perform qualitative and quantitative research and consultation on relative markets
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry and related markets being researched
• Understand the needs of the hiring organization or client in order to target research to their benefit
• Contact companies and agencies who can provide useful financial data

• Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing software product sales in the Enterprise Division.
• Develop and implement strategy sales in the particular region to maximize growth opportunities, strengthen market share and maximum customer retention.
• Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
• Responsible for enhancing revenue, within existing and new clients, through continuous client engagement
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns, Improving sales strategy.
