Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruiting and hiring processes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (online job boards, social platforms, networking, etc.)
• Review resumes and applications to screen candidates and provide shortlists to hiring managers
• Coordinate interviews and manage interview schedules
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings
• Help maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases
• Participate in employer branding initiatives
• Support in organizing career fairs and other recruiting events
• Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our products or services over the phone, email, and other digital channels to potential clients. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, have a strong sales aptitude, and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other digital channels to sell our products or services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build long-term partnerships.
• Conduct research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
• Explain the features and benefits of our products or services to customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Close sales and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Participate in regular sales training and stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Must have worked with SAAS companies selling to the US market
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong sales aptitude and ability to negotiate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.

• Design, develop, code and test the solution

• Experience working with large datasets and NoSQL database technologies (e.g. Cassandra, ES) 

• 5-10 yrs of industry experience

• Energetic self-starter, with a desire to work in a startup environment

• Proficient in advanced Java programming skills

• Expert in Application development cloud/on premise end to end. Middle layer, DB layer.

• Nice to have understanding on MQ (e.g. Kafka)

• Good hands on in Complex Event Processing systems

• Solved scale and performance issues while dealing with huge sets of data. Pre compute or data aggregation frameworks to achieve good response time

• Experience working with large datasets and NoSQL database technologies (e.g. Cassandra, ES)

• Experience of debugging applications running on Unix like systems (e.g. Ubuntu, CentOS)

• Experience developing RESTful APIs for complex data sets

• Knowledge of container based development & deployment (e.g. Dockers, K8s)

• Expertise in software security domain, a plus

Require Someone skilled in python / C/C++ to work on new products and also support existing AI based products . 

Should be open to learning new frameworks

Position: Lead Backend Engineer

Location: Pune, India (Initially Remote Due to COVID 19)
