Job Title: Sr. Sales Executive/Assistant Manager Sales
Location: Odisha, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Panjab
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month + Incentives + Bonus + PF
Experience: 2+ years in sales of gland packings, Jointing Sheets, gasket and spiral wound gaskets and Allied Products.
Age: 25-45 years (Male only)
Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Sales Executive/Assistant Manager Sales to join our team in Odisha, Jharkhand, and West Bengal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales of gland packing, gasket, Jointing Sheet and spiral wound gasket.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand sales in assigned territories
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve sales performance
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales of gland packing, gasket, Jointing Sheet and spiral wound gasket.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and other sales software
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding students through the study-abroad process by promoting our services, offering expert counseling, and helping them achieve their educational aspirations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and engage prospective students interested in studying abroad.
- Promote the company’s services to meet students' educational needs and aspirations.
Counseling and Consultation:
- Understand students’ academic goals, preferences, and requirements.
- Recommend appropriate study packages, scholarship opportunities, and coaching options.
Sales and Enrollment:
- Effectively promote and sell study-abroad packages to students and their families.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with students and their families.
- Provide timely updates and assistance throughout the application and enrollment process.
Market Insights:
- Stay informed about the latest trends in international education, study-abroad programs, and scholarships.
- Provide valuable feedback on market trends to enhance service offerings.
Reporting and Coordination:
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities and student inquiries.
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in sales.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Attributes:
- Highly motivated and eager to learn.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Must have excellent communication skills in English.
- A personal laptop is required.

Should be having technical capabilities in understanding the Hardware IP for SSD controllers, Develop firmware and IP specific unit tests cases for end-to-end functionality. Responsible to maintain the high-quality standards as per defined processes in firmware coding, design, and unit tests.
