Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated TERRITORY SALES ASSOCIATE to engage with healthcare professionals, primarily
doctors, and schedule software demonstration appointments. The role requires an understanding of our
software solutions and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits to healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals to introduce MocDoc's software
- solutions.
- Schedule and manage appointments with doctors to set up product demos.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Work closely with the sales and technical team to ensure successful demos.
- Identify opportunities to educate healthcare providers on the advantages of our software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for appointments and demos.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role (experience in healthcare or software sales is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical features of software applications.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

- Will be responsible for acquiring preferred clients (HNI/Ultra HNI).
- To maintain client relationships and generate AUM (Assets Under Management) from preferred clients
- To advise HNI/Ultra HNI clients on their Investments and managing their overall financial portfolio and deepening the wallet from existing clients

- Meeting with corporate /institutional customers and assessing their insurance requirements, capture key demographics and present them with viable proposals.

- Suggesting the client proper covers/policies to cover the Risk Gaps, preparation of Quote/Broking slip.
- Access risk factor to determine coverage, eligibility, premium pricing & Policy terms
- Use underwriting guideline, rating manuals & industry standard to make informed decisions.
- Negotiate with various Insurer on discounts as well as competitive terms as per insured trade
- Making Placement Slips and float in Market for arranging competitive quotes from various insurer for all line of business i.e., Property, Marine,
- Engineering., Employee Benefit Etc.
- Handle PRE (working on RAW DATA) & POST - Placement Servicing for allotted client
- Quality check after policy placement (After placement of policy with insurer for cross check all the terms and conditions as per the approved RFQ)
- Analysis of Risk Gaps if any under current insurance program & preparation of Portfolio Review report.
- Prepare reports of all Placements & RFQ
