Role Overview

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting – Research and identify potential clients in the Indian, US and GCC markets.
2. Cold Outreach & Follow-ups – Assist in email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up with leads.
3. Sales Pipeline Management – Maintain and update CRM records to track leads and opportunities.

We are looking for a hands-on engineering leader who can own technical design and drive end-to-end development of scalable, high-quality systems. This role requires strong architectural depth, coding excellence, and the ability to mentor engineers while building production-grade applications in a fast-paced agile environment.
