- Administer school admissions procedures and advise parents and members of the public on admission criteria, collate applications for admission, and monitor criteria being applied consistently.
- Develop marketing strategies with the Principal to support the achievement of the overall admissions
- Manage student enrolment through telephone inquiries, emails, and visitors to the school for enrolment into the school.
- Work in coordination with various external & internal departments.
- Develop institutional goals and objectives consistent with the vision, mission, and values of the School
- Set up and maintain efficient office systems within the school's admin area, including manual and computerized information retrieval systems.

- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mock-ups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Create a wide range of graphics and layouts, and design solutions for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
- Work within brand guidelines to reinforce the brand’s style and voice
- Work on building design processes, tools, and culture
- Identify and troubleshoot UX and UI design problems.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of using HTML and CSS for website design. Hands-on experience with different JavaScript frameworks (JQuery etc.), Bootstrap, Material UI, Tailwind CSS, NextJS, etc.

Essential duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist IT staff with the delivery, installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop and laptop computers, peripheral equipment and software.
• Maintain employees' access on associated computer systems and/or phone/voicemail systems
