Summary

The Video Editor primarily focuses on editing short-form video content such as Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, and TikTok clips. This role supports the senior video team with long-form video editing, ensuring engaging, well-polished videos aligned with content strategies.

Formats: YouTube Videos, Shorts and Reel formats, Social Media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Short-Form Video Editing
• Edit and assemble reels, shorts, and other short video formats tailored for social media platforms.
• Apply subtitles, sound effects, motion graphics, and filters to enhance engagement.
• Support for Long-Form Content
• Assist the senior video editor in cutting, sequencing, and refining long-form videos such as YouTube content.
• Prepare rough cuts and incorporate feedback for final versions.
• Asset Management
• Organize raw footage, sound files, and final exports in an efficient file system.
• Ensure all video files are correctly named, stored, and backed up.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with motion graphic designers to integrate animated elements smoothly into videos.
• Coordinate with content creators and social media teams to align edits with messaging and trends.
• Trend Awareness & Continuous Learning
• Stay updated on video editing software features and social media video trends.
• Explore creative editing techniques and new tools to improve video appeal.
• Quality & Deadline Management
• Deliver high-quality videos within set deadlines, maintaining brand standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during editing.

About the Role

We are looking for a Big Data Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in designing, building, and operating large-scale data processing systems, preferably on Google Cloud Platform

(GCP). This role is suited for engineers who understand modern data architectures and are comfortable working across multiple stages of the data lifecycle.

We do not expect expertise in every GCP data service. Instead, candidates should have

strong hands-on experience in at least one service from each core data area listed below

and the ability to learn and adapt to new tools quickly.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines on GCP.

● Build batch and streaming data processing workflows using managed cloud services.

● Develop and maintain data transformation workflows using SQL and Python.

● Create and manage workflow orchestration using DAG-based schedulers.

● Collaborate with analytics, product, and engineering teams to deliver reliable datasets.

● Optimize data pipelines for performance, cost, and reliability.

● Ability to work across ambiguous problem statements and evolving requirements.

AI & System Mindset

Experience working with AI-powered systems is a strong plus. Candidates should be

comfortable integrating AI agents, third-party APIs, and automation workflows into

applications, and should demonstrate curiosity and adaptability toward emerging AI technologies.

Good to Have

● Experience with streaming data (Pub/Sub, Kafka).

Education

AWS Data Migration Consultant

Provide Data Migration strategy, expert review and guidance on Data Migration from onprem to AWS infrastructure that includes AWS Fargate, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB. This includes review and SME inputs on:

·       Data migration plan, architecture, policies, procedures

·       Migration testing methodologies

·       Data integrity, consistency, resiliency.
