What will you be doing?
- Leading and managing our Customer Support team with regular 1-1s and identifying the training needs.
- Looking for more technical support person with troubleshooting and product bug fixing experience.
- Coaching the team to improve and striving to give our customers the best experience.
- Planning and implementing customer support strategy whilst leading by example providing first class customer support.
- Brainstorming and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency in customer service operations.
- Measure and enhance customer experience with data-led decisions and tracking KPIs.
- Coordinating with CS/Product/Engineering teams to ensure that escalated customer support issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Leverage technical support skills, including writing scripts and basic bug fixes, to assist customers effectively.
What are we seeking in you?
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Support for a B2B SaaS platform company.
- You are obsessed with delivering exceptional customer experiences, creating and implementing strategies backed up with metrics.
- You understand operational processes and how to build teams and reporting structures.
- You have a rapid ability to learn & teach others.
- You have strong written and verbal communications.
- You have excellent attention to detail, alongside the ability & willingness to work quickly.
- Technical support experience, including scripting and basic bug fixes, is a must.
- If you have knowledge of XML, XSLT, SQL Javascript and/or experience in publishing domain, it would be an added advantage.
This is a work from office opportunity, and you will be working out of our office in Chennai.

As a Technical & Style Editor at Kriyadocs, you will play a crucial role in refining and enhancing our written content to meet the highest editorial standards. You will work closely with our authors and writers to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to our style guidelines. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a creative and collaborative environment, contributing to the success of our publishing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and edit manuscripts for grammar, punctuation, and syntax, ensuring adherence to our in-house style guide.
- Verify and correct technical content, ensuring it is accurate, consistent, and understandable for the target audience.
- Collaborate with authors and writers to maintain the integrity of their work while enhancing readability and coherence.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve content structure and flow.
- Proofread and format documents to meet publishing standards.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of editorial guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical and style editing, preferably in the publishing industry.
- Attention to detail and an eye for consistency.
- Familiarity with editorial and publishing software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Job Description
We are looking for a Software engineer to join our cutting-edge development team as it grows. We want someone who is comfortable asking “why?” The ideal candidate is a divergent thinker who understands industry best practices and has experience with multiple coding languages. They are a team player possessing strong analytical as well as technical skills, and are able to communicate the logic behind technical decisions to non-tech stakeholders. They must be comfortable working in an agile environment and have the ability to “take the wheel” when necessary. They will work with multiple technologies and develop a keen sense of evaluating and using the appropriate technology to derive the best solution.
What you will do?
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
- Write and test code to ensure compatibility and stability: refine and rewrite as necessary
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic
- Follow the spec and its requirement and develop the features/project
- Providing written knowledge transfer material as documents
Requirements
Must have
- 1+ years experience coding in nodejs programming language
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, Collections, good design principles like SOLID
- Problem solving & analytical aptitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in source code control with GIT/SVN
- Should be flexible to work on a variety of programming languages like NodeJS, React, etc. and on XML technologies like XSLT, XML Pipelines, etc
Good to have
- Experience working in the Node JS stack
- Unit testing and automation frameworks
- Experience working in a public cloud environment (AWS preferred)
- Working with distributed microservice architectures
- Agile product development life cycle
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer science or related fields from a reputed institution
- Any internship experience is a plus
- Experience : 1-4 years
- Location : Chennai. Work from office (Mon to Fri)
