Role Objective

We at AkbarTravels.com are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and scale our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in social strategy, content planning, community engagement, and performance-driven campaigns. This role requires a strong balance of creativity and analytics, with the ability to drive brand visibility, engagement, and traffic-led growth. The candidate will work closely with Product, CRM, Design, Performance Marketing, and Customer Support teams to deliver consistent and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

● Define and execute social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn & YouTube ● Plan and publish content aligned with offers, travel seasons, routes & festivals ● Drive traffic and assisted conversions from social platforms ● Manage community engagement, DMs, and brand reputation ● Execute influencer & creator collaborations ● Track performance, insights, and optimise content & campaigns ● Collaborate with Product, CRM, Performance & Customer Support teams Must-Have: ● Strong understanding of social algorithms & trends ● Hands-on Meta & YouTube experience ● Data-driven, creative mindset ● Experience with high-volume consumer brands ● Travel / OTA experience (Good to have)

• Proficient in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework. Strong design capabilities with SOLID principles using C#. Working knowledge in WCF. Database knowledge in SQL Design, and deliver innovative software solutions in collaboration with Technology teams. Develop high-quality production code Experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript. Experience in React / Angular or Typescript preferred

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer for a client of ours, that is headquartered in USA and is operating in the field of health tech space, offering an innovative solution for dominate health issues. The company is well funded and backed by investors like Sequoia Capital.

In this role you will be part of the Product Engineering Team, and will be responsible for working with cross functional teams.

Experience Required

5+ years experience, having worked on both frontend and backend development - hands on development experience from front end, middle tier and back end.

3+ years of experience building Restful web service using node.js

3+ years of experience for writing batch/cron jobs using Python and shell scripting

3+ years of experience in web application development using javascript and ReactJs

Have understanding of javascript, Typescript, HTML, CSS, JSON, Rest based applications

Experience in database techs - mongodb, mysql, redis, elastic search

Experience of building applications deployed on the cloud using AWS, Docker and kubernetes

Good to have : - understanding of code versioning tools like Git

Experience or understanding of JS based build tools like Grunt, Gulp, Bower, Webpack and NPM

Good communication, willingness to work in a diverse team, and a fast paced environment would be a requirement to be successful in this role.

Education Experience

Degree in Computer science would be preferred / equivalent professional experience in product companies.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Gurugram. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and making presentations to potential clients. The Business Development Associate will also be responsible for communication with existing clients and maintaining client relationships.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Development is a critical aspect of our platform business.

1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. 2. Calling

65-70 leads everyday

3. Setting up meetings with potential clients (parents)

4. Generating Trial Classes - Pitch Parents to take PlanetSpark trial Classes

5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

6. Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis (3L revenue per month)

7. "Go the extra mile" to drive sales

Mission Statement

1. In your training of 1st month, we shall actively probe you through the process using Training Decks, Live Experiences, Re-Training Programs that aims to give you an overall Learning experience along with you paid stipend along the journey.

2. We create career oriented BDCs in this 1 month whose skill becomes unmatched across the sector.

3. You are required to use right sales strategy and accomplish 1 Lac of revenue in the training period, hence making a way to achieve License to Sell (L-2-S)

4. You will be entitled for training stipend of Rs.21428 fixed + incentives 5. Post 1L Revenue achievement, you will be entitled for below CTC

India Shift (10:30am to 8:30 pm) - INR 6.6 LPA (4.2LPA Fixed + 2.4 LPA Variable) US/ Canada Shift (8:00pm to 5:00 am) - INR 7.10 LPA (4.83 Fixed + 2.3 LPA

Qualifications

• Strong english communication skills

• Any graduate ( 2018-2024)

• Experience in respected field will be given more importance

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
• Familiarity with common stacks
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Applied Math or equivalent fields with strong mathematical background
• Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, including clustering, anomaly detection, optimization, neural network etc
• 3+ years experiences building data science-driven solutions including data collection, feature selection, model training, post-deployment validation
• Strong hands-on coding skills (preferably in Python) processing large-scale data set and developing machine learning models
• Familiar with one or more machine learning or statistical modeling tools such as Numpy, ScikitLearn, MLlib, Tensorflow
• Good team worker with excellent communication skills written, verbal and presentation

Desired Experience:

• Experience with AWS, S3, Flink, Spark, Kafka, Elastic Search
• Knowledge and experience with NLP technology
