SKILLS NEEDED - React Native, React JS, GraphQL, Postgres SQL
-3 to 7 years of experience is required.
-Should be able to handel a team.
-Designing and developing user interfaces using React JS best practices.
-Adapting interface for modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies.
-Writing JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
-Developing product analysis tasks.
-Developing application codes and unit tests in React Native and GraphQL Services
-Consulting with the design team.
-Ensuring high performance of applications and providing support.
-Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests
-Collaborating with Back-end developers on the integration of elements
-Designing customer-facing UI
-Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code
-Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions
-Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support
-Technical Experience: React JS, React Native, GraphQL.
-Good Analytical skill to analyze Product Requirements, Agile Methodology and Process Knowledge of Banking Payment Gateway Domain is added advantage Actively participate in Agile Daily stand up and Jira
-Professional Attributes Able to work independently
-Educational Qualification: BE

Color Neon is a French brand that designs and manufactures custom LED neon signs. A customer sends us their text, logo or artwork and we turn it into a made-to-measure sign: they choose the font, colour and size, preview it in 3D, and see it on their own wall before they order.
We sell direct across France and Europe from colorneon.com. More than 10,000 homes, bars, restaurants, shops and event planners have bought from us. Every sign is handcrafted, energy-efficient LED neon with a 2-year warranty.
The business runs on Shopify. We built our own 3D neon configurator so customers can design their sign in the browser, and we work AI-first: the team uses Claude and Codex every day to build, test and ship.
We are now opening our first engineering seat in India, in Indore. Until now every technical decision has been made remotely from France. That changes with this hire: one engineer, sitting with the founder, owning the Shopify apps, the storefront rebuild and the configurator. One product, long term, with real ownership.
