We are looking for a Project Manager to drive smooth onboarding, rollout, and adoption of our
learning platforms for enterprise clients.
What You’ll Really Do:
● Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure the platform
readiness for enterprise rollouts
● Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders around integrations, security,
compliance, and analytics requirements
● Maintain clear visibility on timelines, risks, blockers, and project progress
● Proactively follow up, unblock issues, and escalate when needed
● Support platform adoption and ensure clients are set up for success
● Gather rollout feedback and coordinate with internal teams to improve implementation
experience

● You have 2+ years of experience working in a SaaS environment
● You have experience managing client onboarding, implementations, or rollout projects
● You understand product capabilities and can translate technical solutions into business
outcomes
● You are comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders and driving execution

● You can proactively identify bottlenecks, follow up consistently, and escalate
appropriately
● You have an understanding of API integrations, data flows, and authentication workflows
● You communicate clearly and bring structure and accountability to execution
