This is a senior-level counselling and inside sales role involving high-quality lead conversion, advanced counselling, and mentoring of junior counsellors while consistently achieving higher revenue and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inquiring students to select the right course

2. Responsible for selling courses through outbound, inbound and online process.

3. Achieving weekly and monthly sales target.

4. Self-momtivated and organised capable of managing a high volume of customer interactions.

5. Counsel the working professionals related to the suitable courses as per their domain

6. Familiriaty with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting wilL be an added advantage.

7. Identifying opportunities for new business development through lead generation

8. Co-ordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow up.

9. Creating and maintaining a database of prospect clients

In your role as Software Engineer/Lead, you will directly work with other developers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to evaluate and develop innovative solutions. The purpose of the role is to design, develop, test, and operate a complex set of applications or platforms in the IoT Cloud area.

The role involves the utilization of advanced tools and analytical methods for gathering facts to develop solution scenarios. The job holder needs to be able to execute quality code, review code, and collaborate with other developers.

• A bachelor’s degree, or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, or other relevant education
• At least 5 years of experience as Software Engineer, in an enterprise context
• Experience in design, development and deployment of large-scale cloud-based applications and services
• Good knowledge in cloud (AWS) serverless application development, event driven architecture and SQL / No-SQL databases
• Experience with IoT products, backend services and design principles
• Good knowledge at least of one backend technology like node.js (JavaScript, TypeScript) or JVM (Java, Scala, Kotlin)
• Passionate about code quality, security and testing
• Microservice development experience with Java (Spring) is a plus
• Good command of English in both Oral & Written

Responsibilities:

• Driving the Digital Product Development for Nutrabay, in an analytical and structured way across platforms (Web, Mobile & App).
• Driving various growth initiatives at Nutrabay such as partner platforms and modules..
• Owning various modules such as affiliate management systems, referral and loyalty and evolve them in line with business objectives and consumer effectiveness
• Create simple and effective product documentation including Product Requirement Docs(PRD’s), Research Docs, Sprint Reviews etc. ensuring seamless transition of features and tasks between cross-functional teams.
• Ensuring timely product sprints and removing any bottlenecks that could hinder the development sprints.
• Tracking features success via success metrics through the month post every feature/module launch and update.
• Ideate Product features & drive iterations based on qualitative and quantitative user feedback.
• Designing workflows and wireframes for digital internal & external modules while ensuring a high-class User Experience(UX) on web and mobile.
• Work closely with engineers to ship features and product improvements.
• Ensure prioritization, timely execution, quality, resolving issues faced during operationalization and ensuring success metrics are met.
• You should understand, track and optimize the product journey for buyers based on data.

·       Creation and implementation of an automation test framework to automate tests for a front-end AngularJS application, with a Microsoft Azure Service Bus message-oriented-middleware and Rest API following a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline, using Azure DevOps process implementation. The framework should drive frontend UI and middleware APIs, using SpecFlow and Selenium in BDD standard with Visual Studio
