Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, team management, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Manage the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
• Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee the performance management process, including setting performance goals and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
• Manage the compensation and benefits program, including developing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Maintain HR records and ensure that employee files are up-to-date and accurate.
• Develop and implement HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall goals of the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, team management, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying the different bugs in new & existing product lines by following the company's processes.
• Isolating bugs i.e. finding steps to reproduce for identified bugs.
• Compiling the bugs in a database or in given documents with a precise description of the encountered issues so they can be easily identified and reproduced.
• Respecting the planning and the deadlines.
• Follow-up of the versions from scratch to end of project.
• Maintain and develop the existing Automation suites (API/UI)

What we're looking for?

• At least 2 year of experience in software testing
• Ability to work and coordinate with the team on projects
• Knowledge and hands on experience in QA methodologies and tools is preferred
• Strong analytical and observation skills
• Enthusiastic and highly organised
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with at least one of Java, Javascript, Ruby
• Worked on UI automation using Selenium Webdriver. Preferably WebdriverIO/Protractor/Puppeteer
• Familiar with API automation using either Postman/Restassured
• Working knowledge of Jmeter or similar Performance testing tool is a plus

Solution Architect

10+ years of experience in leading solution architecture & technical development. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field from an accredited institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Enable customer to realize their stated IT vision and strategy

• Lead development of solution architecture and design across a set of applications or an application/product family within an enterprise

• Provide guidance/consultancy for the execution and delivery of project from a solutioning and technology perspective

• Provide a strategic solutioning perspective to a project/engagement

• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and astuteness

• Design and Architect end to end solutions content that characterizes what products or services are being proposed and how these services will be delivered

• Estimate for Project or Program Management and or technical effort to drive scope and produce deliverables

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Deep understanding of the Software development, mobile development, application support, cloud, mobility and infra services.

• Should be proficient with the languages, tools, and frameworks core to software development, mobility iOS or Android development

• Demonstrate very strong skills in documenting architecture and preparing technical papers to explain architectural motivations/strategy or rationale

• Create technology focused roadmap for a set of projects within a program

• Must have an understanding of various Architectures and frameworks

• Produce estimates for the whole program using estimation methodologies and customizations appropriate to the program

• Work closely with project/program manager and advise on execution methodology/strategy, timelines, resources and project commercials

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience in agile methodologies and best practices

We are looking for a marketer with 3+ years of experience promoting B2B SaaS Product by designing and executing innovative marketing strategies to generate B2B leads. The various initiatives include:

1. Competitive Research and Market Analysis
2. Driving traffic to website to generate leads and tracking conversions, and key KPIs
3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
4. Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords to increase company and brand awareness and conversion
5. Monitoring of Leads from all the Online Channels
6. Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
7. Responsible for Managing Online Brand and Product Campaigns to Raise Brand Awareness
8. Manage SEO, SEM and Content Management
9. Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Quora, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc)

We are looking for someone who has exposure to the following:

• Needs to know Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, Demand Generation, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, Campaign Management, Web Traffic and Conversion, Lead Qualification Programs, Automated Nurture Campaigns, Marketing Funnel Management.
• Must have excellent Oral and Written communication skills.
• Must have excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Hands-on experience in Marketing Automation tools, Google Analytics, Google Adwords and LinkedIn Ads.
• Must have hands on experience in handling CRM’s and its integration with third party plugins.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking and knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.)
