We are seeking an experienced and proactive Interior Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out and design projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of interior design and fit-out projects
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and vendors
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Conduct site visits and monitor project timelines, quality, and safety standards
- Handle procurement and material coordination
- Resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth project execution
- Track project costs and maintain documentation
- Ensure timely completion and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience in interior fit-out or construction project management
- Strong knowledge of materials, drawings, and site execution
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
