In these exciting times, we are looking for passionate product leaders to join our team in our Bangalore office in India.
As a member of the Product Management team, you’ll get a chance to closely work with the Core Product team to build innovative products in the Ed-Tech industry for direct consumers, through a deep understanding of our platform capabilities and product data analytics. You’ll be responsible for turning research into strategic recommendations for product growth and will work closely with the other internal stakeholders to deeply understand the problem space and define compelling product requirements.
At Edulastic, you’ll be joining a team that works directly with large schools and districts in the USA. Product Analyst will facilitate complex problem solving while collaborating with other product managers, management, sales, digital marketers, and engineers to deliver state-of-the-art, world-class experiences.
What you'll do:

Perform continual product gap analysis and gain in depth product & platform knowledge

Explore large scale user & transactional data and conduct data mining with an objective to provide insights

Frequently analyze product performance post every release and identify trends in the datasets

Define the product metrics to be evaluated and create reports & dashboards to present to higher management

Specify the customer requirements based on user behavior study and market research

Suggest actionable recommendations to improve user experience and product growth

Present business impact in terms of ROI, revenue, cost reduction or operational enhancement for every suggested feature

Assist the Product Manager in evaluating the requirements and prioritize the backlog of competing requests

Translating product concepts into wireframes and mockups adhering to the design guidelines of the website / mobile app; perform user testing of the mock ups and pass on the feedback and recommendations to the Product Management team
You're our ideal candidate if you:

Have a technical degree (CS/Engineering) and MBA (preferable);

Have 1-2 years of experience in analytics or products;

Strong knowledge of Excel, NoSQL, SQL, Tableau and AWS analytics to query relevant data and prepare reports.

Python/R knowledge will be good to have.

Your Roles and Responsibilities
The Integration Software Manager is responsible for building products which integrate Synapsica AI based radiology software products with client side systems and horizontal app deployment platforms. The Integration Software Manager works with clients, product managers, internal software team and business development team to design and build products which allow Synapsica apps to integrate with external systems. The Integration Software Manager works with a team of engineers to build these products and owns the end-to-end delivery. The role requires understanding of various technologies and ability to quickly learn and execute development plans with new technologies. At Synapsica, we have used Javascript, React, Nodejs, Mongodb, Python, Dicom, HL7, AWS suite technologies to name a few.
This is a highly visible role working directly with founders and requires a mix of technical acumen and team leadership skills to drive the execution of the platform. This person must be creative, ask questions, and be comfortable challenging the status quo. The position is based in our Bangalore office.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work at a key intersection between customers, AI team, product engineering teams, and business development teams
- Partner cross-functionally with product managers, core platform engineers, and AI team to improve adoption of our applications
- Build modules that help onboard new customers onto our radiology platform
- Own end-to-end designing, documentation, development and delivery of softwares that enable clients to use our radiology products effectively
- Ensure analysis, efficiency, responsiveness, scalability and cross-platform compatibility of applications through captured metrics, testing frameworks, and debugging methodologies.
- Technical documentation through all stages of development
- Create design, develop modules, and coordinate efforts with the development team, working on application architectural implementation
- Collaborate with Product Analysts and Product Managers to estimate and plan work and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Create a close working relationship with business partners to identify the pain points and provide better experience to clients
- Establish strong relationships, and proactively communicate, with team members as well as individuals across the organisation
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 6-10 years of experience.

CloudOps Engineer (Windows/Linux + MS Azure + AWS + GCP)
You will be working on our client’s massive scale Infrastructure and CloudOps requirements. You will be directly working on the customer's cloud environment and managing their product infra life cycle.
What you will do (Responsibilities):
Understand how the product works and how it is used by the customers
Day-to-day operational support of product infrastructure on all three major public cloud services
Interact with customers on/off-site to troubleshoot issues, provide workarounds by leveraging your troubleshooting skills
Create and manage processes for the secure operation of customer cloud environments
System (Windows, Linux, and SQL Databases) and Network administrations
Use incident management tools used in incident analysis and troubleshooting. Identify, escalate, and communicate issues in a timely manner.
Contribute to building a knowledge base centered on known incidents/defects, Frequently Asked Questions, resolved issues, applying lessons learned and previous resolutions to new incidents.
