Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team and train students/professionals in digital marketing concepts and tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing and a strong ability to communicate, mentor, and inspire learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on digital marketing topics such as:
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / Google Ads
• Social Media Marketing (SMM)
• Email Marketing
• Web Analytics (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Content Marketing
• Affiliate and Influencer Marketing
• Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.
• Provide mentorship and career guidance to learners.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
• Conduct workshops, live projects, and case study discussions.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
• Prior teaching/training experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and engage learners.

Preferred Certifications (Optional but a Plus):

• Google Ads Certification
• HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification
• Facebook Blueprint Certification
• Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) or equivalent

• Should be Masters in HR

What You Will Do

• Develop Automated Testing Frameworks: Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks and systems across various platforms and technologies.
• Collaborate on Test Planning: Work closely with QA analysts and engineers to understand system requirements and features, translating these into detailed, scalable, and robust automated tests.
• Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD): Integrate automation tests with CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous testing and feedback in the software development lifecycle.
• Performance and Scalability Testing: Implement automated scripts to test performance and scalability of our software products, identifying bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: 3+ years of previous experience in QA automation or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful automation projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, TestComplete, Appium) and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Understanding of QA Methodologies: Deep knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to automation practices.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Collaboration and Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within the QA team and across departments.
• Agile Environment Experience: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process, with an understanding of its impact on QA and automation practices.

Architectural:

Strategy, planning, and design:

• Take end-to-end ownership of the product, identify technology requirements, define the future product vision, create preliminary design concepts for add-on modules and shape overall technology and product roadmap by collaborating with the founders, business development, and marketing team.
• Ensure user oriented design is the primary approach to product development across multiple screens, based on user behaviour data and direct customer feedback.

Implementation and deployment:

• Manage Product Release, QA cycles, feature implementation and on time delivery through in-house team and vendors.
• Collaborate with team and customers to define use cases.
• Creation of wireframes/prototypes, site maps and user-flows for web and mobile platforms.

Operational management :

• Support marketing by implementing technical requirements for SEO/product analytics.
• Establish and supervise a quality assurance process, including integration & system testing.
• Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed.

• Experience on projects involving engineering and algorithmic functions, machine learning, deep learning and artificial intelligence is very advantageous.
• Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in teams.
• Strong communication skills.
