Responsibilities:

• Ability to develop software test scenarios, test cases, test scripts with detailed steps, and execute them.
• Knowledge of testing the applications developed in Salesforce Service Cloud, Amazon Connect.
• Devise and implement test strategies that adequately assess all software aspects.
