Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

We are looking for a candidate who has 2-3 years of experience working in a B2B SAAS company as a ‘Client Success Associate’. The responsibilities include:

• Act as a Techno-Functional Consultant and maximize adoption of Voiceoc
• Assist & train Clients to use the system to its full extent and help them to resolve their support queries
• Increase overall retention and do in-depth analysis to create up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
• Gathering Client feedback and sharing it internally to improve the product and/or establish better Support practices
• Analyzing Client data and helping them discover aspects of the product that are most beneficial to them
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
• Carrying out periodic health checks to avoid churn
• Keeping Clients updated on new features, and new products they might find useful
• Encouraging Client advocacy through feedback, external reviews, case studies, testimonials, and referrals
• Upselling and cross-selling through review of Clients’ progress

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Design & Governance

• Define, document, and maintain the technical architecture for projects and product modules.

• Ensure architectural decisions meet scalability, performance, and security requirements.

2. Solution Development & Technical Leadership

• Translate product and client requirements into robust technical solutions, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term product viability.

• Oversee system integrations, ensuring best practices in coding standards, security, and performance optimization.

3. Collaboration & Alignment

• Work closely with Product Managers and Project Managers to prioritize and plan feature development.

• Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure technical feasibility and timely execution of features or client deliverables.

4. Mentorship & Code Quality

• Provide guidance to senior developers and junior engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and technical coaching.

• Advocate for best-in-class engineering practices, encouraging the use of CI/CD, automated testing, and modern development tooling.5. Risk Management & Innovation

• Proactively identify technical risks or bottlenecks, proposing mitigation strategies.

• Investigate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, or tools that enhance product capabilities and developer productivity.

6. Documentation & Standards

• Maintain architecture blueprints, design patterns, and relevant documentation to align the team on shared standards.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, ensuring streamlined development and deployment workflows.

Skills:

1. Technical Expertise

• 7–10 years of overall experience in software development with at least a couple of years in senior or lead roles.

• Strong proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., Golang,

Python, JavaScript).

• Hands-on experience with architectural patterns (microservices, monolithic systems, event-driven architectures).

• Good understanding of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices

(CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

We are looking for a smart and knowledgeable legal intern with moot court experience and understanding of law and regulations in the technical domain. 

Skills Required

• Enrolled in a Law degree or law major subjects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Attention to detail with previous work experience in an office environment.
• Legal Experience in handling civil and corporate cases. 
• Creative, independent, multi-tasker, hard-working, well organized and a team player.
• Understanding of the laws and regulations in technology space.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing the legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Researching on various legal topics, policy framing and legal document structure. 
• Participating in the drafting and negotiation of contracts / contractual clauses
• Timely execution of agreements.
• Maintain and update database of company’s documents, licenses, permits and letters to enable easier reference for tracking systems.
• Assist with internal policy documents.
• Other legal duties and management.
