Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Manager who can own, lead, and strengthen the entire Finance function at BXI. The role involves analysing platform-driven financial trends, optimising vendor management, and driving insights from both online and offline transactions to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire Finance vertical including accounting, reporting, compliance, and analysis.
• Analyse platform financial data, trading patterns, revenue trends, and cost behaviour to provide actionable insights.
• Track, evaluate, and optimise vendor financial performance across the marketplace.
• Oversee offline barter transactions, revenue recognition, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Build financial dashboards to monitor KPIs, cash flow, margins, receivables, and payables.
• Ensure timely preparation of MIS, P&L, balance sheets, and other financial statements.
• Implement strong financial controls, SOPs, and internal processes for smooth business operations.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Marketplace teams to forecast growth, manage budgets, and support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies for compliance and statutory requirements.
• Identify financial risks, gaps, and opportunities to help scale the business sustainably.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in Finance Management, preferably in startups, marketplaces, or tech-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, MIS reporting, and data-driven analysis.
• Experience handling vendor accounts, reconciliations, and transaction-heavy workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial tools, and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/others).
• Deep knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliances.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into business insights.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a cross-functional finance setup.

• Building user-friendly IOS and Android apps on React Native Platfrom.
• proficient in Coding debugging.
• Collaborate with cross - functional terms to define and design new features .
• Work on bug fixing and improving applications performance.
• Hands on experience in optimizing code for application performance.
• Ability to deliver projects on time by satisfying clients needs .
• Wiriting modular , resuable, maintainable , well documented and fully tested code.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research and post on a LinkedIn community we are building

2. Conduct market research into social media trends, influencers, ETC

3. Explore AI tools & SaaS tools that can automate and scale current efforts

4. Come up with creative strategies to improve engagement/impressions

5. Research on competitors' outreach strategies.

• Prototype, design, implement, unit test, product, and maintain Windows-based software applications
• Participate in cross-functional project teams to develop medical device software
• Work with multi-discipline teams on new product introduction project while adhering to software development and source control processes
• Document software, write technical specifications for interfaces and testing

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field with no less than 6+ years of experience
• Experience designing and developing C++/C# based solutions and experience with any user interface development (UWP / WPF)
• Expert in Unit Testing, OOA/OOD development methodologies, and design principles
• Experience in Agile development processes and philosophies
• History of timely delivery while ensuring a quality focus
• Ability to work well with people and be both highly motivated and motivating
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, and often ambiguous environment where continuous improvement is a way of life
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction

Nice to Have

• Experience in medical device design & development is a plus
• Experience in IVD instrumentation, such as clinical chemistry, immunoassay, hematology, urinalysis, molecular, microbiology, or flow cytometry systems is a plus
• Understanding of software development processes for a regulated environment (ISO9000/FDA) is a plus
• Experience in software code and build management is a plus
