Here is the JD for Technical Trainer - Frontend
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka.
Position Type: Full-time
As a Technical Trainer - Frontend, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on front-end development languages, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This role is ideal for individuals with a minimum of 2 years of experience in training & development. You will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of web developers by providing hands-on guidance and support to our learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments, to align with industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Evaluate and monitor students’ performance and provide them constructive feedback.
- Conducting and overseeing Batch and Classroom Training Sessions.
- Address and resolve students' queries and doubts related to the course content.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of professional experience in training front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and one year of development experience with in-depth knowledge of front-end libraries or frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind, jQuery, and React JS.
- Proficient understanding of IDEs and versioning tools.
- Experience with browser-based debugging.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Enthusiastic about education and helping individuals develop practical skills for the tech industry.

- Previously managed high traffic E-Commerce sites
- Passionate about technology & web products
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Prior experience working with SaaS products is a big plus
