1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above in computer and related majors

2. More than 5 years of Android development experience, proficient in Java/Kotlin language.

3. Have good architecture and interface design capabilities, understand object-oriented design and design patterns, and be able to implement reusable components with high quality.

4. Familiar with performance optimization, familiar with underlying principles such as Android framework, multi-threading, data storage, network communication, etc.

5. Have strong ability to analyze and solve problems, learn quickly, withstand pressure, and communicate and collaborate.

6. Applicants with experience in large-scale IM systems, social/community APPs, and front-line Internet product development will be given priority.

7. Applicants with development experience in large-scale project performance optimization, engineering efficiency optimization, cross-platform solutions, etc. will be given priority.

8. Be familiar with one or more third-party source codes. You need to be familiar with and understand design patterns and Android source codes.

Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies to

achieve company objectives.

 Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and remarketing.

 Conduct keyword research and monitor SEO performance to improve organic search rankings.

 Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation,content creation, and performance analysis.

 Manage social media channels, create engaging content, and monitor

community engagement.

 Create and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to maximize lead generation and customer acquisition.

 Analyze website traffic and user behaviour using web analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and conversion rate optimization.

 Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.

 Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

 Monitor and report on the performance of online marketing campaigns using analytics tools and prepare regular reports for management.

 Assessing the online user experience and developing strategies to increase NPS.

 Monitoring and maintaining the media budget.

QUALIFICATIONS  Bachelors' degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

 Proven experience in online marketing, preferably in a managerial role.

 Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email

marketing, and social media.

 Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, web analytics platforms, and

content management systems.

 Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website optimization techniques.

 Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-

driven decisions.

 Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage

multiple projects simultaneously.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• The role will entail enabling new products & propositions liaising with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders to solve business problem(s) and ensure mutual growth.
• The role will entail building and manage relationships with the Insurance Companies.
• Establish relationships with business leaders and underwriters of all insurance companies.
• Be primarily responsible for getting the best quotations across insurers, handle negotiations around policy terms and price.
• Be accountable for end-to-end group insurance product delivery for our partners.
• Maintain and improve the UAT sign off TATs as aligned by the organization.
• Develop and deepen both existing and new insurer relationships to support the strategic vision of the organization.
• Own overall delivery of the product from functions across product, compliance, legal, tech, and other functions.
• Be accountable for the delivery of API integration of new products with partners ecosystem (Web service and API integration).

Requirements, Desired Skills and Experience

• 4 years of relevant experience with any Insurance Company
• 4 years of relevant experience in the Insurer Relations Team, Central Product Team,
• Placements Team, Distribution Planning, Partner Onboarding, Process Excellence vertical/teams
• Masters degree is a must
• Entrepreneurial mindset, networking, and relationship building are must-have competencies
• Ability to take initiative, be proactive and work independently as well as with team to drive results

Job Requirements:

·     Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Computer Science or Engineering.

·     Minimum 5 years of experience working as a senior–level Software Engineer

·     Excellent programming and debugging skills in C/C++and Python

·     Experience developing on Windows and Linux systems

·     Experience in automation of manual tasks

Although not required, the following are a plus: 

·     Experience working with Build scripts, Shell scripts, Makefiles

·     Experience with Jenkins and other CI/CD tools

·     Knowledge of RESTful web services and docker

• Min 5 years of hands-on experience in Java Spring-boot technologies
• Experience with monolithic applications
• Experience using Redis and RabbitMQ
• Experience with RDBMS such as SQLServer and My SQL
• Strong analytical, problem solving and data analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are a must
• Micro service frameworks such as Java SpringBoot
• Design and implement automated unit and integration tests
