The primary responsibility of this role is to recruit, train, develop, and motivate agents to generate business. Incentives will be based on the business procured by both the agents and the individual in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Actively recruit agents to build and expand the sales team.
- Training & Development: Provide continuous training and development to agents to ensure their growth and performance.
- Motivation: Inspire and motivate agents to achieve and exceed their sales targets.
- Business Generation: Generate business both through direct efforts and by supporting agents in their sales activities.
- Incentive-Based Rewards: Earn incentives based on the business procured by both yourself and your agents.

Deliverables
• Add new features to the different applications in the product suit
• Troubleshoot and provide resolution to production issues. Reproduce, document and resolve product defects
• Provide well-thought out and reliable direction, both in technical and non-technical terms to the team members
• Take ownership of customer issues, including troubleshooting, identification of root cause and issue resolution

Role & Responsibilities
Depending on current project needs, responsibilities could entail any of the following:
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into architecture concepts and pseudocode
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code by writing clean, scalable code using Object Oriented Programming Principles (OOP) and our defined Development Standards guide
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by identifying any observed bottlenecks and bugs, and suggesting solutions / technical alternatives to mitigate and address these issues; Make recommendations and/or changes towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code, and improve/streamline processes and systems
- Support projects through entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) by participating in the requirements analysis and research gathering (R&D) process, and/or writing documentation such as technical specifications, user guides, and other forms of documentation.
