Key Responsibilities:
Network Design and Implementation:
· Design and implement network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, MPLS) for banking branches.
· Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
· Implement redundancy and failover mechanisms to ensure network uptime.
· Security Management:
· Ensure network security through firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and secure access protocols.
· Regularly update and patch networking equipment to protect against vulnerabilities.
· Implement and manage encryption protocols for secure data transmission.
· Branch Connectivity:
· Set up and maintain branch connectivity with the central data center and other branches.
· Optimize network performance to ensure smooth operation of banking applications and services.
· Monitor network traffic and manage bandwidth allocation to prioritize critical services.
Technical Skills:
· Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
· Experience with network security tools (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS).
· Proficient in configuring Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking equipment.
· Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios).
IT Infrastructure Management:
· Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and data centers.
· Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of IT infrastructure to support business operations.
· Micro-segmentation, SD WAN Rollouts, ensuring quality of service, NAC, DAM, Netscope management.
· Oversee the management of cloud infrastructure and services.
Project Management:
· Plan, execute, and monitor IT infrastructure projects like application roll outs, BAU updates, New branch roll out etc. from initiation to completion.
· Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
· Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Patching and Update Management:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive patch management strategy for all IT systems and applications.
· Ensure timely and efficient deployment of patches and updates to mitigate security vulnerabilities and enhance system performance.
· Monitor and report on patch compliance and effectiveness.
· Collaborate with the information security team to address any identified vulnerabilities.
Compliance:
· Maintain key IT Infra Policies and Compliances
· Manage regulatory reporting and facing internal and external audits
· EOL/EOS management for physical devices, OS middleware and database.
Team Leadership and Development:
· Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and project managers.
· Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations

Bon Appétit and Epicurious are seeking a Product Designer to design and launch new native mobile apps to help home cooks find the perfect recipe.
In this role, you’ll create and iterate on features that define and enrich the experience of Bon Appetit & Epicurious readers on its mobile platforms. You’ll introduce our readers and subscribers to our incredible range of recipes and guides and work out the way we allow users to find the perfect recipe.
