Location: Tarapur MIDC / Boisar, Maharashtra

Experience: 3– 8 Years

Education: Graduate (any discipline) | MBA/PG Diploma in HR preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Talent Acquisition (MT to M10) – JD sharing, resume screening, initial HR calls, interview scheduling & documentation

• Onboarding – Pre-joining formalities (offer letter, medical, reference checks), post-joining processes, induction support

• Maintain HR records & documentation (personal files, ISO documentation)

• Performance Management support – appraisal tracking & goal setting follow-up

• Exit Management – exit interview coordination

Must Have Skills:

• HR hiring process knowledge

Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)

·        Writing clear marketing copy to promote our products/services

·        Proofreading and edit blog posts before publication
