Job Summary: The ERP Coordinator

Representative will provide technical assistance to schools using the company's ERP software, ensuring that their queries and issues were resolved in a timely and effective manner. ERP Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Provided technical support to schools using the company's ERP software, ensuring that their queries and issues were resolved in a timely and effective manner.

• Conducted software installations, upgrades, and maintenance for clients, minimizing downtime and maximizing system efficiency.

• Coordinated with the development team to identify and resolve software bugs and issues reported by clients, ensuring that they were resolved quickly and accurately.

• Design Customize Reports using the software and guide to teachers and administrator (As per the client).

• Also work on fee management, admission management, transport management, student management and other module that is used in school administration (As per the client).

Responsibilities:

• Work with product managers to find solutions to critical problems, face internal customers, and create requirements.
• Triage and fix critical issues that arise in the field that affect our core product.
• Manage git repositories, pull requests, and review code.
• Communicate properly & promptly with all stakeholders.
• Build a proof-of-concept for new products from scratch.
• Optimize, clean up, and comment on the existing codebase.

Requirements:

• Must have 5-8 years of hands-on engineering experience.
• Must be an expert in JavaScript/Typescript with ES6+ features, Node.js, ReactJS, and Redux
• Must be an expert in HTML5 CSS3 SASS, and Webpack.
• You are proficient with RESTful API design and implementation using Node.js.0
• Proficiency in relational (MySQL, Cloud Spanner etc. ) and non-relational (MongoDB, Google Cloud Firestore etc. ) databases.
• Must be an expert in data structure and creating highly optimized algorithms.
• Should have a working knowledge of GCP services like App Engine, CloudSQL, Compute Engine etc.
• Should have a working understanding of microservices patterns, serverless design, and event-based architecture.
• Willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, and paradigms.

Tasks:

·      You will take part in the design of the architecture and the development of modern software-based applications in the back-end (Node.JS, TypeScript, Nest.JS)

·      You support the technological conception, programming and implementation of new features

·      You help manage IoT-to-Cloud services, Microservices, Kubernetes and Docker on GCP

Requirements:

·      Bachelor or Master student in an IT-related field of study

·      Ability to holistically conceive applications in multiple technologies in the backend
