Business Analyst

As the Lead Robotics Software Engineer and Founding Engineer, you will architect and lead the development of robotic software for AI Robots. You’ll design and implement robot manipulation and control algorithm, motion planning systems and navigation system leading the development of robust, scalable solutions that redefine AI-driven robotics in construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• ● Design and optimize motion planning and trajectory systems for robotic construction equipment

• Qualifications and Skills:
• ● Bachelor's/Master's (MS or PhD) in Robotics, Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field

• mapping, and navigation
• ● Proficiency in MoveIt2 for manipulation stack, and experience with simulation tools like
• Gazebo, RViz, and NVIDIA Isaac Sim
• ● Strong understanding of control systems, including sensor fusion, Kalman filters, motion
• planning, and trajectory optimization
• ● Excellent programming skills in Python & C++ with familiarity in ROS2

As an Enterprise Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring that Replicon’s customers achieve success with their chosen solution, which is defined by effective implementation, high user adoption, and return on investment. Leveraging your functional, technical and consultative skills, you will achieve these goals by understanding the customer’s overall business objectives and provide recommendations on how to get the most out of Replicon’s solutions to facilitate our customers business need. You will partner with our enterprise project team to review current business processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency while mapping solution design to Replicon product functionality.

Individuals with implementation experience in HRIS, time management, ERP, and/or payroll systems are encouraged to apply. You have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry
• PMP, ITIL certification is a plus
• Overall 10+ years of experience with 8+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, Implementation experience of business software such as ERP, CRM, Payroll, HRIS, SAAS applications is a plus
• Excellent business acumen and experience dealing with challenging situations
• Experience working and communicating with C level executives and HR/Payroll heads
• Experienced in handling multiple complex engagements simultaneously
• Experience implementing multiple project configuration set up, with proven incorporation of structured planning and testing processes
• Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations at enterprise level
• Expertise in business processes, knowledge on system development, process improvements
• Expertise in gathering business requirements, process flows and use cases
• Expertise with modelling and mapping as-is and to-be business processes.
• Engaged in integration touch points and understanding of emerging technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What you’ll do:

• Implement and manage a large volume portfolio of key customer accounts
• Responsible for optimal solution design and ensure it meets the client’s business needs
• Work closely with stakeholders within each customer account to identify their workflow processes and business challenges to create a Business Requirements document and project plan with the goal of a successful implementation of their chosen Replicon solution
• Oversee successful implementation/configuration of Replicon’s product suite for each customer account by closely working with business analyst
• Develop a strategy for each engagement by identifying their critical success criteria, measurable milestones, potential risks, and recommended plan of action
• Work collaboratively with internal resources keeping the best interests of the customer (technical support, engineering, sales, etc.) and meeting project timelines
• Participate in project planning activities, including defining detailed project tasks/activities
• Ensure 100% quality on each delivery using standard testing methods, validation, and user acceptance testing
• Translate the functional and technical requirements into business document. Responsible for preparing test scripts; training materials and maintaining required checklists
• Responsible for overall project management, stakeholder management and customer management
• Consistent engagement with various levels such as PMO, C Levels, IT, Operation heads at the customer end during engagement
• Share best practices by providing not just product consulting but also a touch of business consulting (as required) based on the domain, industry, or region of the customer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Acquire and activate travel agents through various channels like office visits, telephone, email, social networks, events & meetings.

• Establish, grow, and maintain commercial ties with travel agents—both current and potential —in the designated territory to attract new partners for our services.

• Create a sales funnel, identify the right leads, define long-term goals, and engage in strategic business planning.

• Align sales activities with tele-sales team, product, marketing, and customer success team.

• Build in-depth understand of our products and give demos or solve product queries to convert agents.

Experience and Skills you MUST have:

• At least 4 years sales experience in the travel industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Prior experience in acquiring travel agents or in visas or insurance is a big plus

• Proficient with using CRMs and google sheets
