Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager – Influencer Marketing to spearhead the growth of our influencer marketing vertical. This role demands a strong understanding of influencer trends, brand collaboration dynamics, and a proven knack for building high-value partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and converting potential clients looking to leverage influencer marketing as a growth channel.
Responsibilities:
- Generate, develop, and grow new business opportunities specifically for influencer marketing services.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients by researching target markets, industries, and brands aligned with influencer-led campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, brand needs, and partnership opportunities.
- Strategically pitch influencer marketing solutions—ranging from micro to celebrity influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling, customised proposals and presentations tailored to brand goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term value.
- Maintain strong client relationships post-conversion to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with strategy, planning, and execution teams to ensure smooth handovers and deliverables post-sale.

- Technical Leadership & Delivery: Lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices for architecture, scalability, and security.
- Project Oversight: Oversee all technical aspects of Salesforce projects, from requirements gathering to final deployment, including integration, testing, and performance optimization.

• Conduct research to identify potential customers and industries for our products/services.
• Utilize various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and cold calling, to generate leads. Prospect Qualification:
• Engage with leads to understand their needs and assess their potential as qualified prospects.
• Gather additional information for effective lead qualification.
Sales Outreach:
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to initiate conversations with potential customers.
• Articulate the value proposition of our products/services to prospects and create interest in further discussions.
• Create and send proposals as per discussion with potential clients
• Coordinate with Accounts for Invoice creation and send to potential clients

- Responsible for designing/configuring, developing, testing, training, documenting, and deploying high-quality code and adhering to best practices on the platform
- Design, develop and integrate Salesforce apps and components with back-office systems such as ERP systems using modern web tools and technologies
