Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a solution engineering or similar technical role.

- Expertise with JSON, XML, API services, Microsoft SQL, and experience with project management tools such as JIRA and ACE.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and requirements.

- Experience in creating functional specifications, system architecture documentation, and user guides.

What We’re Looking For
● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. A PhD in AI or a related discipline is highly desirable.
● Experience:
○ Proven experience in AI research and implementation, with a deep
understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of AI.
○ Strong proficiency in machine learning (ML), data science, and deep learning techniques.
○ Hands-on experience with Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.

● Technical Skills:
○ Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11
operating systems.
○ Basic knowledge of Windows Server
administration.
○ Familiarity with network troubleshooting,
including subnets and VLANs.
○ Experience with various client VPN
connections and troubleshooting.
○ Ability to troubleshoot remote client
technologies (Remote Desktop, Citrix, VMware).
● Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
● Customer Service: Strong customer-oriented attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
● Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):
○ Familiarity with MikroTik and TP-Link
networking equipment.
○ Familiarity with Google Workspace.
● Certifications: Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
What You’ll Be Doing
● First-Level Support: Provide prompt and effective solutions for network, hardware, software, and application issues within our Hyderabad office.
● Remote Assistance: Offer support to employees in our global offices through remote troubleshooting and problem resolution.
● Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors for equipment orders, warranty tracking, and service arrangements.
● Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of office equipment inventory and assignments, ensuring regular updates.
● Windows OS Proficiency: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
● Basic Server Administration: Perform tasks related to Windows Server to support network connectivity, accessibility, and user management.
● Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network problems, including connectivity issues, subnets, and VLANs.
● VPN Management: Manage and troubleshoot various client VPN connections to ensure secure and stable remote access.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role
