Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive at iCloudEMS. The Account Executive will actively manage client relationships, identify business opportunities, and develop strategies to meet sales targets. The role involves consulting with educational institutions, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contributing to long-term client success will be a significant part of the responsibilities.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IND-AS), taxation, and audit controls.

• Experience in TDS, GST Returns, Tally ERP.

• Excellent analytical skills and command over financial reports.

• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, Excel, and financial software.

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in client relationship management, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales expertise, including lead generation, negotiating, and closing deals.

Strong Senior GenAI / AI Backend Engineer Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 4+ years of total software development experience, with at least 2+ years working on AI/LLM-based features in production

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong backend engineering experience using Python (FastAPI / Django preferred) and building production-grade systems

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands-on experience building LLM-based applications, including OpenAI / Gemini / similar models in real projects

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) including chunking, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience designing end-to-end AI pipelines, including chaining, tool usage, structured outputs, and handling failure cases

Job Summary:

This role is for a Senior Technology Lead to drive the strategy and execution across a portfolio of IT

applications involving product backlog management, development, production stability, staffing and

partner management including business users and customers.

Ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in IT, with about 10-15 years of experience

in software development using Microsoft ASP.Net, MVC, C#, JavaScript, Jquery and SQL Server. Prior

experience in Finance domain is preferred

Key Responsibilities and skills:
