We are seeking a dynamic Tech Lead - Full Stack (MERN) to spearhead our web development team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of robust web applications while mentoring team members and ensuring adherence to industry best practices. This is a hands-on role requiring exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to driving excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
• Make critical technical and product decisions while collaborating with Product Managers and clients.
• Lead and mentor the development team in coding best practices and modern web technologies.
• Design and develop scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to define project requirements and goals.
• Analyze resource needs, assess project feasibility, and create detailed project plans.
• Represent the team in planning meetings and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, challenges, and new technologies to enhance team performance.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack.
• Previous experience in a leadership or technical lead role.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team handling experience is essential.

Role Overview

This is a senior-level counselling and inside sales role involving high-quality lead conversion, advanced counselling, and mentoring of junior counsellors while consistently achieving higher revenue and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-intent, high-value, and complex student leads
• Conduct advanced counselling, objection handling, and closing
• Achieve higher individual conversion and revenue targets
• Support, guide, and mentor junior counsellors
• Ensure strong follow-up discipline and CRM accuracy
• Contribute to achieving team-level sales and growth goals

Eligibility & Requirements

• Prior experience in inside sales, student counselling, or EdTech preferred
• Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
• Proven and consistent track record of target achievement

• Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle.
• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand Business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
• Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI
• Analyze data and present data through reports that aid decision-making
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics
• Communicate with Business units & leadership team and aim at better visualization and transparency of data analytics, driving insightful business strategies and improved business performances
• Partner with other Technology teams to create Data models, Charts & Reports in a scalable and controlled environment

Knowledge/Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in data science, data analytics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, financial engineering, computer or electrical engineering, or other related quantitative fields
• 4-5 years of experience in Data Preparation & Analysis, Business Intelligence using Data visualization tools (e.g.: Power BI) and sound knowledge of JavaScript, SQL
• An understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Experience with analysis in FMCG or Electronic sector is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

Responsibilities-

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js, HTML5, CSS3
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

skills-

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3 concepts
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
