Business Analyst

The client is an industry leader in CRM messaging solutions on SAS platform. They work with global customers across many industries including contact centers, financial services, higher education, retail, staffing, wellness, and more. Our customers range from small and mid-size businesses to large global enterprises.

As a Director of Information Systems , you will oversee and manage the organization's information technology (IT) and information systems operations. You will leverage Information systems, tools, data and analytics to support stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.

You will lead and directly manage a team of data analysts, while partnering with other teams across the organization and directly report to the COO.

Key Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with senior management to understand their data requirements and develop data management strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Define KPI around data and lead the initiatives.

● Develop and implement data architecture, which is a blueprint for how data is organized and stored within an organization. Provide necessary interventions to ensure critical business decisions are taken well in time.

● Implement master data management (MDM) processes and solutions to establish a single source of truth for critical data entities. Define data hierarchies, data models, and data stewardship responsibilities. Oversee the maintenance and synchronization of master data across systems.

● Work with other departments to identify data trends and patterns that support the organization’s objectives. This will include using data visualization tools, such as dashboards and charts, to help identify trends and insights.

● Evaluate, select, and manage vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery of services and solutions.

● Build and manage a high-performing systems and information team.Set clear goals, performance expectations, and KPIs for the team, conducting regular performance reviews and providing guidance/feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

● Experience ( 7-10 years) in systems management, information technology, or a related role within the SaaS industry.

● Strong knowledge of data analysis methods, tools, and best practices. Experience in Salesforce and Power BI is a must.

● Ability to do requirements analysis of business processes for efficiency, data accuracy, data control, and make data-driven recommendations

● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in systems management and information technology.

● Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Installation of New PC, Laptops, Mobile Devices. Apple Mac will be an added advantage
  
• Manual and Automated methods of Installing and Troubleshooting of Windows 7, 8, 10,
• Installation of Android latest versions, Windows mobile Operating system. Mac will be an added advantage
• Installation/Updating drivers, windows software, License activation
  
• Hardware Troubleshooting and spare replacement on Desktops, Laptops mandatory ( Lenovo, HP, Dell )
  
• Installation and Troubleshooting of Wifi routers and Basic LAN Network.
• Installation and Troubleshooting of Printers, Scanners and All in one printers (USB/LAN)
• Fair knowledge on using remote support tools.
• Good communication skills written and verbal English.
• Understanding the service flow and process oriented.

Requirement 

• Min. 1yr to 3yr experience. (Must have L1 technical knowledge of Desktop, Laptop, Network LAN, Wifi and printers) 
• Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot Windows 7/8/10.
• Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot Android, Windows Mobile and Apple devices.
• Applications installation, troubleshoot software/LAN/WIFI issues.
• HW troubleshooting skills on desktops and laptops by using relevant diagnosis tools. (Lenovo, Dell and HP mandatory). 
• Replacing spares for Desktop and Laptops. (Lenovo, Dell and HP mandatory mandatory).
• Candidate should be ready for end to end field support. 
• Possess 2 wheeler with driving license is must. 
• Flexible for travel out of the city if required. 
• Knowledge on Windows Server, Active Directory, and O365 will be an added advantage. 
• Education: Diploma/Graduation/Undergraduate.

Create a consumer facing credit card product that will be used by millions of users. 

What you will do:

• Be a part of our backend for frontend/ credit card processing engineering teams to build the best homegrown credit card stack.
• Partner with the product teams to understand the product features and specifications, translate them into high level and low-level design.
• Work with frontend and backend developers to build out a customer-centric experience that will constantly evolve.
• Respond to support team tickets as needed to resolve bugs and issues.
• Participate in contributing ideas, updates, and product development areas to the team.

Experience Range: 

5- 7 years with technical hands-on experience in building large-scale B2C applications catering to millions of users. Previous experience in building scalable products is a must.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong insight into Java programming language (Class loading, Memory Management, Transactions, Executors, Lambdas and Streams).
• Experience in distributed technologies, real-time, high throughput and low latency systems.
• Hands-on prior experience with scalable Cloud based architectures.
• Experience in one or more frameworks like Spring is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in data structures & algorithms.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Any experience in payments is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Frontend Developer (Next.js) you will be responsible for -

•  Building the Complete UI/UX of our web application from scratch.
• Work closely with the Backend Engineer to integrate the algorithmic output from the backend REST APIs.
• Work closely with the product owners to create dynamic infographics with intuitive user controls.
• Work closely with our web Designer for bringing design to life.
• Participate in UAT, troubleshoot, bugs and application integration issues
• Create and maintain documentation related to the developed processes and applications

Qualification & Experience

• 2-3 years of demonstrable experience designing, building and working as a Next.js Developer for enterprise web application
• Ideally, this would include the following:
• Expert-level proficiency with Next.js and all its concepts
• Expert-level proficiency with JavaScript (ES6), HTML5 & CSS
• Expert-level proficiency with ReactJS and all its concepts like Hooks and Redux
• Familiarity with Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework
• Understanding of REST concepts and interacting with REST APIs
• Deep understanding of a few UI concepts:
• Cross-browser compatibility and implementing the responsive web design
• Familiarity with common JS visualization libraries built using D3, Chart.js, Highcharts, etc.
