
This role is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Odoo ERP and related tailor-made applications that support the supply chain. The role partners closely with finance stakeholders and product/technology teams to manage enhancements, change requests, reconciliations, audits, and issue resolution. It also involves requirement analysis, solution design, UAT support, and coordination with technical teams to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ERP modules such as Accounts Payable/Receivable, Partnership, General Ledger, Assets and Inventory Management, Country specific Tax, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing etc.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Perform setups, testing, and validation of financial modules.
- Provide day-to-day support for Odoo applications.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, including configuration and process-related problems.
- Coordinate with Odoo Support/Vendor partner for creation, follow-up, and resolution.
- Analyze existing financial processes and recommend enhancements, ensuring robust controls and system-driven compliance.
- Work with Product and business partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare training materials.
- Assist in change management and post-go-live support activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: MBA / Post graduate in commerce or related domain.
- Strong experience in implementing and configuring key Odoo(Preferred) or SAP/Oracle fusion, MS Dynamics 365), modules (Accounts Payable/Receivable, Ledger, Assets/Inventory, Tax, Procurement, Manufacturing etc.).
- Odoo functional certification v19 is good to have.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and system setups.
- Proven skills in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and coordinating with Odoo Support/vendor Partner.
- Understanding of financial controls and compliance within an ERP system.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
