We’re looking to hire a Technical Business & Quality Analyst to combine the expertise of business analysis and quality assurance to help ensure that the final product satisfies the client's business objectives and the end user's expectations.
We are looking for someone who can work and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, who takes Software Craftsmanship values to heart and is the wind-in-the-sail for the team to build high-quality solutions for our clients
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be leading initiatives with our clients from start to finish. Working with internal and client teams to plan requirements, build POCs, identify risks, manage dependencies and ensure quality delivery. You’ll be communicating with business stakeholders, end users and technical teams at their relevant levels of abstraction. You’ll be diving into problem space with clients and into solution space with the team. A typical day may include:
- Understanding and refining requirements with clients
- Developing and refining the project’s quality strategy
- Helping identify likely quality problems ahead of time and assist in story creation
- Writing executable test cases
- Performing regression tests
- Providing feedback on usability
- Taking responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment
Skills you need to succeed in this role
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to clearly and concisely report on projects
- Attention to detail and clarity of thought to be able to coordinate across teams and functional areas
- Solid understanding of software engineering concepts to be able to drive strategy, understand dependencies and manage expectations

You will be responsible for all aspects of development – from understanding requirements, writing stories, analyzing the technical approach to writing test cases, development, deployment, and fixes. You will own the entire stack from the front end to the back end to the infrastructure and DevOps pipelines. And, most importantly, you’ll be making a pledge that you’ll never stop learning!

- Experience in creating end to end data pipeline
- Experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF) creating multiple pipelines and activities using Azure for full and incremental data loads into Azure Data Lake Store and Azure SQL DW
- Working experience in Databricks
- Strong in BI/DW/Datalake Architecture, design and ETL
- Strong in Requirement Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Modeling capabilities
- Experience in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms and software engineering
- Experience working in Agile and Extreme Programming methodologies in a continuous deployment environment.
- Interest in mastering technologies like, relational DBMS, TDD, CI tools like Azure devops, complexity analysis and performance
- Working knowledge of server configuration / deployment
- Experience using source control and bug tracking systems,
writing user stories and technical documentation
- Strong in Requirement Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Modeling capabilities
- Expertise in creating tables, procedures, functions, triggers, indexes, views, joins and optimization of complex
- Experience with database versioning, backups, restores and

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be working with product managers and clients to identify, document, evaluate product requirements and roadmaps, and define measures of success. Understand customer and business needs and develop relevant documentation. Managing business requirements through design, develop, testing, and delivery phases to ensure business needs are met.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the product – from writing requirements, maintaining prioritized backlogs, analyzing product performance for improvement opportunities and working with the design and engineering teams during execution. You will make data driven decisions and gather the data you need to prove/disprove your hypothesis. You own every aspect of the product, and obsessively track usage to drive constant evolution. And, most importantly, you’ll be making a pledge that you’ll never stop learning!
Skills you need in order to succeed in this role

- Ability to understand complex business environments and interdependent relationships for business requirements
- Experience working in Agile and Extreme Programming methodologies in a continuous deployment environment
- Excellent communication skills: You will be communicating with our clients’ teams during the integration/deployment phase and business teams. Strong consultative, listening and analytical skills are a must
- Exceptional presentation skills to clearly and concisely report on product status/performance to management and client stakeholders
- Attention to detail and clarity of thought to be able to create product documentation and assist in the sales and pre-sales process
- Solid product mindset to be able to coordinate between different functional teams that build, manage and support the product
- Solid understanding of software engineering concepts: While you won’t be leading the development team directly, you should have a solid grasp of how any technology product is built, to be able to drive strategy
- Exceptional problem solving and data analysis skills. Highly organized with the ability to meet internal and external deadlines
- Strong Excel and SQL: You must be extremely comfortable handling large chunks of disparate data sets and dive into the data yourself to derive meaningful insights out of those
- Knowledge of customer experience and user experience design principles would be a plus
