Business Analyst

Backend (Primary Focus) ● Strong knowledge and experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. ● Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development. ● Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) with Spring Boot. ● Proficiency in developing APIs using Redis and relational databases (MySQL preferred). ● Strong understanding of the AWS cloud platform, with experience using services like S3, Lambda. ● Good understanding of code versioning tools (Git) and bug-tracking systems (JIRA, etc.). ● Knowledge of DocumentDB or any other NoSQL document database is a plus. 4. SEO Optimization

Implement basic SEO strategies to improve search engine visibility and

organic reach.

Optimize content using keywords, metadata, and SEO best practices.

5. Collaboration & Campaign Development

Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm content

ideas and develop campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Contribute to strategy discussions and adapt content to campaign objectives.

6. Social Media Support

Assist in managing social media platforms by ideating and creating engaging content.

Support community engagement through comments, interactions, and

periodic updates.

7. Feedback Incorporation

Accept and incorporate constructive feedback to improve writing style and meet project requirements.

Maintain consistency, accuracy, and high standards across all content

formats.

8. AI-Savvy Content Development

Use AI tools for research assistance, content structuring, idea generation, and

productivity enhancement.

Stay updated with AI trends in content creation and leverage them to optimize workflow and creativity.

 Sr. Java Software Engineer:

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Mathematics, or related technical field. Relevant experience of at least 3 years in lieu of above if from a different stream of education.
• Well-versed in and 5+ years of hands-on designing experience in Object Oriented Design, Data Modeling, Class & Object Modeling, Microservices Architecture & Design.
