Key Responsibilities

• Test Scripting: Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for UI applications and API endpoints.
• Execute & Monitor: Run regression test suites, analyze results, and update existing automation frameworks.
• Defect Tracking: Document, log, and track software bugs through to resolution using tools like Jira.
• Collaborate: Work closely with senior engineers and developers to understand system architecture and warehouse flows.
• Manual to Automation: Review manual test cases and convert them into efficient automated scripts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cucumber, Github/Jenkins.
• Programming Languages: Foundational coding skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• API Testing: Basic experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or programmatic libraries.
• Testing Basics: Good understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Eager to Learn: Strong desire to learn complex supply chain workflows and advanced automation techniques.

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)

• Domain Expertise: Prior exposure to Supply Chain, Logistics, or Third-Party Logistics (3PL).
• WMS & OMS Experience: Familiarity with WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Korber) and Order Management Systems.
• EDI & Protocols: Exposure to EDI transaction sets (e.g., 850, 856, 940, 945).
• Inventory Workflows: Solid understanding of core warehouse operations like receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.

We are looking for an experienced AI Technical Architect who can design and lead end-to-end AI/ML solutions, define scalable architecture, and guide development teams in building intelligent applications aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design AI/ML architecture and technical solutions.
• Lead AI strategy, model deployment, and integration.
• Build scalable AI pipelines and cloud-based solutions.
• Work closely with data scientists, developers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure best practices in MLOps, automation, and performance optimization.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Engineering or a related field. 
• Proven experience as a Content Writer with at least 2 years of professional experience. 
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar. 
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles and strategies. 
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools. 
• Experience in crafting content for various digital platforms and channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns. 
• Excellent research skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content. 

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. 

A portfolio showcasing a range of content writing samples across different formats and styles. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales across multiple marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart and quick commerce platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Dunzo.
• Develop and execute strategies for product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
• Build strong relationships with account managers across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
• Optimize product visibility and performance through SEO, A+ content, paid ads, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze sales data to forecast demand, identify growth opportunities, and maximize revenue.
• Ensure smooth coordination of operations, from order fulfilment to returns management.
• Coordinate with the internal marketing team for content creation and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and adapt to evolving marketplace algorithms, policies, and competitor activity.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of e-commerce and quick commerce ecosystems.
• Proven experience in managing multi-channel marketplace operations.
• Expertise in tools and strategies for marketplace sales optimization.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and performance tracking.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Prior experience of managing marketplaces in D2C business required. Experience in nutraceuticals, wellness, or FMCG sector is a plus.

• Strong working experience in IOS application development is a must. First-hand experience of native mobile apps using Swift must.

• Experience with Swift, Swift UI, Unit test.

• Strong system design and architecture skills - specifically for IOS. Curiosity to tinker around, explore new paradigms and strongest for continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of network connections, Rest API's and scheduling. Strong knowledge about security standards (e.g. HTTPS) and privacy standards.

• Idea/experience of the unit and instrumentation testing in IOS. Optimizing app performance and memory consumption.

• Excellent code data knowledge, socket programming & debugging skills.

• Debugging apps using simulators and related tooling.

• Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform, Swift and Objective - C.

• Integrate and consume web services (JSON, XML, etc.)

• Familiar with Version control system such as GIT.
