We are a boutique immigration consulting firm poised for expansion and are in search of an Operations and Growth Manager.

The ideal candidate should come with a demonstrated history in managing business operations, crafting and rolling out systems, and establishing processes from inception. They'll adeptly handle the unique challenges of small business growth, lead the business in strategic pursuits to capture a greater market share, and identify novel revenue streams.

Simultaneously, they will be responsible for building and leading a team dedicated to catering to our expanding clientele. As a cornerstone member of our organization, you will be instrumental in shaping our future.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

• Understanding the business's services and unique selling proposition.
• Systematically direct the organization towards an aggressive growth strategy.
• Design and implement a business development plan focused on client acquisition and enhancing the firm's market presence.
• Gauge market tendencies, strategies of competitors, and client insights to shape the firm's expansion strategies.

Operational Management:

• Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing business operations to pinpoint bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Formulate and set into motion systems to boost operational efficacy and client service, paving the way for business augmentation.
• Spearhead the integration of tech tools, including CRM processes with a focus on Salesforce (experience with Salesforce is a plus).

Team Development & Management:

• Play an active role in the recruitment process, targeting talent that resonates with the company’s ethos and goals.
• Equip current staff with the training and mentorship required to meet the challenges of a rapidly growing business.

Marketing Strategy:

• Conceptualize and manage digital marketing initiatives to bolster online visibility, brand recognition, and lead generation.
• Track digital marketing outcomes and suggest areas of enhancement.
• Undertake market research to pinpoint fresh business avenues and remain updated on industry shifts.

Financial Oversight:

• Partner with the business owners to draft budgets, oversee expenditures, and guarantee the firm's financial well-being during its expansion phase.
• Furnish periodic reports to the proprietors regarding the firm's operational and fiscal health.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in business development, operations, and digital marketing.
• Prior experience in management consulting, especially centred around strategy and growth, is highly valued.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Stellar communication and interpersonal prowess.
• Self-driven with the ability to work both autonomously and in collaboration in a remote environment.
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic setting while juggling multiple projects.

Organisation: A Fintech startup in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:
● Work in close coordination with senior management to define strategy and targets for FI Partnerships
● Develop the pitch, collateral, presentations and other supporting material to adequately demonstrate risk/reward for the Financial Institution partners
● Generate leads pipeline (inbound and outbound) and implementation plan
● Lead and prepare presentations to Financial Institutions
● End to end management of the process for acquiring partners for the platformincluding conclusion of commercials, legal agreement, system integration etc
● Coordination with internal teams like Legal, Credit Risk, Product etc and with external teams of the Bank or Financial Institutions
● Progressively reduce financing cost profile across the platform and NBFC
● Work on arranging for debt funds for the NBFC from other Financial Institutions
● Work with Banking partners to actively participate in joint marketing and other efforts to drive customers both from open market and existing customers of thepartner
● Work with the external stakeholders to develop products and new markets, identifybusiness opportunities
● Track and improve on conversion from leads to closure
● Manage relationships and help resolution of issues in case of any with the Financial Institutions &Regular reporting of performance
● Develop deep relationships with Financial Institutions like Banks, NBFCs etc

Education: Tier1/ Tier 2 college candidates preferred.

Qualifications: knowledge of financial products (esp lending and credit) and regulatory environment

Ideal Experience in an NBFC, Bank (preferably on corp banking sales) or FI business development role in other Fintech companies

Role/ Responsibilities:
• Assist in design and development of PayPal iOS application
• Influencing peers, juniors and seniors both within the organization and across PayPal.

Desired Skills and Experience:
• At least 5 years of native ioS development experience .
• Extremely comfortable with understanding and implementing internet application with REST services at the backend

Excellent Swift and Objective-C coding ability along with strong CS & OS fundamentals
• Familiarity with continuous integration (Jenkins), application monitoring (Crashlytics and fabric.io), mocking tools (Appium and Apiary), build tool development and enhancements, using unit testing and cucumber tests for functional tests.
• Extremely comfortable with understanding and implementing client-side handlers for web services with REST services at the backend

- Experience with Cucumber testing framework desired
• B.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science is desired

Role: HCM Oracle Cloud Implementation

JD:

Expereince in Data extraction from Oracle HCM EBS and Data load through HDL in Oracle HCM cloud

•            Experience on multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementation projects or similar ERP/SaaS/in-house applications

•            Required to have at least 3 to 4 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Recruitment Cloud or similar Cloud products

•         Experience in configuring workforce compensation plans
•        Experience with creating compensation change statement and should be able to create security roles
•        Experience in HDL and fast formula

•            Experience working with global users and teams

•            Work with business users and identify business requirements, conduct CRP workshops, etc.
